Installation went smoothly with no unexpected delays or costs. Installers were clearly knowledgeable and maintained a professional attitude while being quite friendly.

The team from Quality Air Heating and Air Conditioning were great! Ryan was very keen on providing us with the best system possible and came out several times after installation to make sure that everything was going well. The pricing was fair and I feel that Ryan and QAHAC really care about their customers. I have only the best to say about the company so far, and I am happy with how the furnace operates, the installation team was fast and clean, it was all done in 4-5h. I can only recommend QAHAC to anyone that needs a furnace replacement.

The sales person and I discussed the location, so everything would fit in the very large 4 season room. The aesthetics of the unit was approved by my wife. We agreed on a price and they set a date for installation. The sales person, Ryan, and the installer, Rick, showed up on the date set and on time. Ryan went right to work setting the ductless unit in the 4 season room. Rick went right to work setting up the exterior unit. Within 4 hours the job was done, cleaned up, working great and looking fantastic. A great job done with quality material and old world workmanship.

I'm on a service contract. It's about $225for two units in my house, it's not bad at all.

We had them out to do annual service and after 11 years the unit needed repairs. When they explained the diffference between repair labor and replacement labor, it made all the sense in the world to replace the unit.

Called at 8AM and was able to schedule a service window of 1-4PM the same day. They called at 12:20PM to let me know the technician was on the way and he arrived a little after 1PM. He replaced a faulty capacitor, cleaned the coils, asked when the filter was last changed, and tested the input/output temperatures at the furnace to ensure everything was working properly now. Very happy to have quality same-day service by Quality Air.

It was a good experience in the sense that the system wasn't working when it was hot out and we called them and the day after they came out and looked at the system and got right to installing it. It was very good. They worked hard. It was one days work to get the air conditioning working and they came back to get the heating system to work. They were responsive and timely. We appreciated their work on that too. Clearly they moved around their schedule to make it happen. The people that did the work were personable, competent, and professional. We thought they did a very good job.

Ryan, the sales person, met with me in the morning and asked to bring his manager back in the afternoon before giving me an estimate by day's end. They were creative and found a way to work in the space and give me the system I wanted. Since I would need to wait a week for the furnace to come in, Ryan volunteered to bring over a room air conditioner I could use during the heat wave. The employees arrived when scheduled, were courteous, and had the products installed in the two days they expected it to take. I was very pleased with the installation.

The needed a new Air Conditioner as our old Air Conditioner unit was worn out and needed to be replaced.  We had issues with are old Air Conditioner unit not cooling the house, the unit freezing up, and loosing freon.  I called up Quality Air, I talked to Nick and Tom about options to fix existing versus go with the new Air/Conditioner unit.  We're planning on staying in the house and I chose the new unit plan.  We received a very good estimate and deal for the new A/C unit installation.  

Quality Air was out the next morning to test the existing unit and install a new unit.  Zach was on time, very professional, and performed an excellent installation and also fixed the original duct work above the furnace and made it look professional. 

The Air Conditioner has been working great.  The house is cool, stays cool, and the A/C unit isn't running all the time.  Additionally, we have a new cool thermostat.
