"My mothers gas water heater went out she lives in Circleville, OH and I live in Florida and was unable to help her. Mr and Mrs Plumbing was able to come out very quickly and try to repair it. The unit was over 20 years old and not repairable so they needed to replace the unit. Mr and Mrs Plumbing was very prompt and professional and were able to replace the unit within a couple days so my mother was able to have hot water again! I would highly recommend Mr and Mrs Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs!"

"I found the technician to be knowledgeable, professional, and answering all my questions about the work to be done. The company will call you ahead to let you know, when the plumbing technician is going to arrive. You are given a 4 hour window, and the phone call is usually half an hour in advance of their arrival time. Usually it’s fine to leave a toilet clogged overnight, as long as it’s not close to overflowing. In some cases, the extra time may give the clog time to work itself out.
