The two repairmen did an excellent job solving the problem with my air conditioner! They explained that a block of ice was in the unit that needed a day to melt! They came back the next day and diagnosed the problem as low freeon! Problem solved! I’m a satisfied customer! Would recommend this company!

8pm power surge caused furnace to blow out. I appreciate the guys coming out on a service call late at night in 8 degree weather and staying until 2am to get the furnace running again. Price was reasonable. Thanks again!

Heat went out! It is winter - - - 32 degrees and dipping into the teens tomorrow. Needed immediate help. Called for emergency service on a Sunday night at 10 PM. They were out within a few hours and got it done. Fair and reasonable pricing. Had heat back by 2 AM!! Everyone else was closed or the 24/7 emergency service was really just an answering service and someone will call back tomorrow. THANK YOU GUYS!!!!!

Zac was amazing!! He had the time in his schedule, and was able to arrive about 3 hours yesterday afternoon after first talking with him. The furnace was not working, and the outside temperature was about to dip into the teens this morning, so I was in crisis mode! Thankfully, what needed fixed could be safely bypassed (the igniter), and Zac was able to turn the furnace on for one cycle. With the temperature temporarily set to 80, it was still 61 in the house (furnace turned off sometime very early this morning). Zac arrived early this morning with part in hand. Furnace is now fixed, right before a snow storm is about to arrive tomorrow. Whew! I also consider the price that he charged for the repair to be very reasonable, considering it was an emergency repair. Thank you, Zac and Mr. Mechanical Ohio!!
