"We were really impressed by and grateful for how comprehensive the inspection was and how helpful his explanations were. He took multiple pictures and generated an elevation diagram. He did a great job explaining why the current sump pump was insufficient and what improvements should be made. He also walked around the exterior of the house to inspect it for any signs of foundation issues, and he spotted a tiny crack in the brick that was hard to see--that's how thorough he was!  He explained what we should be concerned about and what was due to normal aging.

When he finished his inspection, he set up a mobile office with a laptop and printer on the kitchen counter.  He was able to complete the report on the spot and provided the hard copy of his report before he left.

"Logan Services did a great job from beginning to end. Our propane furnace started failing after 25 years. I had the company out that installed it and they were able to get it to limp along, so I was not in an emergency situation and could shop around. I called five companies and had two more respond from a internet request. Of the five, two never returned a call. One came out and never did get me quote. Of the four bids I got, Logan Services was in the middle. I spent time with each person that came out and talked about what would be best. One spent 5 minutes, another about 10 minutes and the third about 30 minutes. Tyler H from Logan was very diligent, taking pictures and doing measurements and answering my questions. He took his time and ended up spending 90 minutes with us making sure he answered our questions and giving us pricing options before he left. I called him several times after I had gotten the other bids in and he was always patient answering my questions as we decided between a conventional AC unit or a heat pump. We decided to go with a dual fuel system with propane and a heat pump. The installers Ben, Chris and Ryan reviewed everything before starting and showed me how to work the new thermostat when they were finished. They arrived at 10am and didn’t get finished till 8:30 in the evening. It was a long day for them, but took time to answer my questions as we reviewed the thermostat programming.
