"I had an issue where my sump pump failed and my basement was flooding.  I called Greg and explained my problem and he had one of his guys out to my house in about an hours time (which I thought was excellent especially after the huge storm we had and I'm sure there were many others with my same problem) Randy was the plumber who fixed my issue, walked me through what he did to my sump pump so I would be able to try and fix the problem myself if it happened again.  They also brought a sump pump in case mine needed replaced.  Even though they would have been better off the replace mine from a business standpoint, Randy explained to me why that was not necessary and was able to answer all the questions I had with an exact response.  I have had issues with my pump before and just put in a bigger 3/4 HP sump pump last year.  Randy even took the time to walk me through what I needed to do to re-route the exit of my pump to take the water away from my house.  I did this and it has completely resolved my issue.  (My sump pump was re-circulating the water it pumped out the side of my house)
Once I get around to finishing my basement, I plan to use these guys to install a battery back up sump pump for the added insurance and peace of mind.  I found my new plumber with these guys!

"Iran, Chris and Brady did a great job. They finished the installation of a sump pump in our crawl space. They also used hydraulic jacks to lift several joists that had water damage. Then they attached sister joists to the damaged ones and then lowed the new joists down onto the sill board. They also used blocking boards to repair/re-enforce the damaged Band/Rim joists as well. I told them they I needed new shut off valves. They quoted me an additional $80. I thought ok, the calves are listed on Amazon for $7.99 each. $32 each to install seemed a little steep but I could live with it. Then when the job was finished I was charged $80 to install them and an addional $60 for the valves. Good work but I will not be calling them for service again."
