"The initial work seemed OK, but it quickly became clear that there was still water leaking through the basement walls. After several phone calls, an employee returned to inspect the walls and agreed that the exterior work needed to be redone. I pointed out that plastic pipes had been left exposed in my yard, without drainage to the street. He agreed that this wasn't acceptable. I called multiple times to set up repairs. My calls were not returned. I obtained the number of Joey, the production manager, spoke with him after several attempts, and sent him detailed texts and photos. No return visit materialized. Over the course of the next several months, I called the company multiple times. They actually visited my home a total of 9 more times, but they showed up without a crew, with one guy and a shovel, or saying they didn't have the equipment for the job. Finally a single employee with a shovel appeared, unscheduled, buried the pipes, and said he corrected the plumbing from the sump pump. Unfortunately, he didn't connect the pipes, and the pop up is 8 feet from my porch. Now a fountain erupts from the drain along side the house, and gallons of water discharge along the basement wall, as well as from the pop up. The soil along the foundation has eroded, and after a rain there is standing water for days in front of my porch. This brand new problem has lead to the interior walls originally water damaged, to become wet again, and a wall that was NEVER even damp before is now soaked, and the dry lock paint has bubbled up. Recently a manager came to look at the situation, and said I would be notified of when the repairs would take place. A couple of weeks later, I called, and managed to get the work scheduled. A crew is to come out June 5th. I however, have ABSOLUTELY NO CONFIDENCE THAT THE WORK WILL BE PROPERLY COMPLETED AND DAMAGE THAT THE COMPANY HAS CAUSED WILL BE REPAIRED. After 18 months of excused, shoddy workmanship, untrained employees that have made matters worse, and now new damage, I am beyond frustrated and angry."

I was happy to find that World Class Service of Westerville, OH claimed to provided service for both systems. I had them do a seasonal tuneup on my boiler. The technician was polite and seemed knowledgeable. The service was reasonably priced and preformed in a timely manner. Having been encouraged by my experience I requested pricing to replace a non functioning zone valve and modification to the zone. I was told that someone would get back to me the following week. Monday of the 2nd week I called their office and informed them I had not been contacted. I was told this would be looked into and someone would return my call. A second week has now passed and I have not heard a word from World Class Services. I feel, at a minimum, a company representative should have reached out to communicate their willingness or ability to address my needs. I find it infuriating when companies claim to do things that they don’t and then don’t have the gumption to say so. The 2 star rating is not for the service that has been done but for that which hasn’t."
