"Very poorly. When the young man enter my home the first thing he said was that he had to use the restroom. I told him that there was a McDonalds two mins from here and he could go and come back. He said he would look at my air condition first. He was out doors for about an hour and return to tell me it might could be fix for about $700+; for the piece and I stated no because I may as well buy a new one. The air conditioner is 25 years old. I paid him for the tune up. Later that week I went out to cut my grass to find that he had left my water running. I assume he use the bathroom out back and wetted it down for the smell. The office did call me to apologize about few months later because of their ratings. She was very professional. I told they should never send a boy to do a mans job (he was very young). This year 2019 I went out to add to my review about them calling to apologize as stated above to find that they reacted to my review themself. I was going to accept the contract that was offer to fine that it expired while I was on vacation. I only use them for the tune up and because of the trouble above they didn't charge me."
