A To Z Appliance ServiceWe live in Miamisburg and had been having bad condensation problems with our eight-year old Kenmore Elite refrigerator for a couple months. Lots of condensation on the outside of the fridge around the in-door ice maker--and ice forming in the interior door seam. Condensation was so bad at times, it ran down the front of the fridge and collected on our hardwood floor--required constant mopping. We first called a local Miamisburg appliance repair company--who sent out a technician to scope out the problem. After about 45 minutes, he couldn't figure it out. So, we called A to Z Appliance Service, and they scheduled a service call within a couple days. Their technician/Mark arrived early within the projected arrival window and went right to work. Within a half-hour he had diagnosed the problem and ordered the required replacement parts (the ice door chute assembly and a door seal). Mark returned several days later (9/16/20) when the ordered parts arrived. And, again within a half-hour, he had swapped out the parts. On both occasions, he was very professional, meticulous, knowledgeable, and personable. This guy knew his stuff! As of this writing (9/21/20), we've had no more condensation problems with the fridge. Justin, a project manager for CJS, conducted a detailed technical review of our home and provided a range of heating and air conditioning options based upon our needs. Once agreed, CJS sent Ryan and Gabe to install the equipment. The job was difficult given very limited space to replace the 2nd floor furnace/ac coil and an unexpected addition (at my request) to replace the 1st floor coil. Outdoors, a pad was constructed to set the ac compressor on for the 1st floor unit. This job was made difficult given the steep grade and conditions that were rainy/muddy. Ryan and Gabe handled everything like pros. My wife and I appreciated their attention to the condition of our home protecting the floors with plastic covers for their shoes, setting up drop cloths everywhere and plastic wrap to protect carpets. We are very satisfied with the quality of service and the equipment installed. We look forward to years of worry-free operation that is covered by a 10-year parts and labor warranty. Horrible! Tech put filter on completely wrong, had to supply filter, left dirty filter on floor, broke the combs on the filter, pulled off insulation. Outside unit put panel on wrong, stripped screw on crooked. Never called before coming, did not follow instructions given to him by Logans. They stated he was good and had been with the company a long time. And if you don't do the services they say needed. Its voids the warranty! He said I needed 922 dollars worth! Don't use them clean it yourself! They take pictures so when time comes they will show them you did not fix it. BEWARE!!! They do not tell you this before hand. Tech did not follow the instructions and I have a copy!
