"I reached out and made my initial inquiry late Thursday afternoon. Joe responded within 10 minutes to discuss the project details. Joe said he could come out on Tuesday morning to complete the project by noon. Joe gave me a heads-up call 10 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on his way. He made numerous excuses that the walls were out of plumb and the ceiling had. a dip in it that made it impossible to meet my expectations. When Joe arrived, he made no comments about the room, or the quality of the previous effort. He was a complete professional and I would not hesitate to have Joe tackle our next project. We are adding a 4 season sunroom and a first floor master suite with bathroom. I have already spoken with Joe and he will do all the finish carpentry work!"
