Joe said he could come out on Tuesday morning to complete the project by noon. Joe gave me a heads-up call 10 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on his way. When Joe arrived, he made no comments about the room, or the quality of the previous effort. He was a complete professional and I would not hesitate to have Joe tackle our next project. We are adding a 4 season sunroom and a first floor master suite with bathroom. I have already spoken with Joe and he will do all the finish carpentry work!"

Relatively new employee was excellent carpenter, but spent a lot of time trying to determine noise from dryer and eventually gave up (but I had to pay for the time). Ran out of supplies/necessary tools and had to leave to purchase or get them (on my time). Hard to reach person who schedules workers; much back and forth calling."
