"Mike was very cordial and sincere. He considered our whole situation and explained very well what the job would entail. His work is awesome. Looks like new instead of 63 years old. He was able to schedule the work and get it done in reasonable time frames. There was no trace that he was here when he left. THIS is the guy for your job!"

"Chris was extremely professional and very skilled at his trade. He completed the work within 2 days of our first contact and kept excellent communication about costs, time of arrival for first consultation and date of service. The projects were challenging and he did incredible carpentry. He was very good at keeping the area clean and respectful of my home. We have already discussed additional work that he will do on the house. I am excited to work with him again and recommend him without reservation. He is a breath of fresh air for someone to really work with a homeowner!"

"The House Doctors LLC were great to work with! They replaced the old wooden boards on my deck, flower box, and window seat with new pressure-treated lumber. They kept me informed, answered all my questions, and stayed true to the original layout and design to retain the look that compliments my home. I highly recommend The House Doctors LLC and would happily hire them again!"

"We worked with Spensir and crew to build a Trex deck, they finished two weeks after we received city approvals. They were hardworking and kind and the deck is completely maintenance free. We're already getting quotes for our next project."

"The whole process was amazing from Brendan answering all of our questions, to Lauren making us feel comfortable, the installers being prompt and efficient, and the install team of Walter Devan and Mike overseeing the project! Even had Mike out to make some minor adjustments today! Next project is siding and will be calling Brendan again for a smooth process!!"

"Neatnics The Home Repair Co. were absolutely wonderful."
