Joe is an amazing carpenter; the project came out beautifully and was the icing on the cake to complete the molding around the French Doors and windows we had installed. The one thing I found different about Joe in all the work we have had done over the years is his ability to listen to the homeowners concerns along the way and share his thoughts and his plan. He is polite, respectful and engaging. We are certainly planning to hire him again.

Joe was amazing, from his first quote to showing up. He listened to the goals I had for shoe moulding and baseboards and he quickly got measurements and quoted me with a start the next week. He was timely, communicative, and did an awesome job. I cannot recommend him enough for finish carpentry and if I have other needs in the future, heâ ll be the first person I call.

On job every day until completion. Finish carpentry was very good. Thorough clean up Inside and out. Chose quality materials. Will utilize again and refer to friends and family.

Joe provided a fair quote for materials and labor and started the next day. Within 3 days he completed the work of installing baseboards, trim and toe kicks in a small ranch I'm renovating. He's considerate super easy to communicate with. I would definitely hire him again for another project.

Can't recommend Tier One enough! He did an absolutely perfect job with great attention to detail. He always showed up when he said he would and was a very nice guy all around. Price was super reasonable as well. Will be calling him every time I'm looking to do trim/wainscoting projects!

I reached out and made my initial inquiry late Thursday afternoon. Joe responded within 10 minutes to discuss the project details. Joe said he could come out on Tuesday morning to complete the project by noon. Joe gave me a heads-up call 10 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time and ready to work. Joe did an absolutely perfect job. He laid down drop cloths before he started and left the house better than when he arrived. As others have said, Joe was meticulous and fine-tuned each joint as if it was his own house. I would like to add that I had a previous trim carpenter attempt to install crown molding in the bedroom, but after 2 hours of seeing the first carpenter's work, I told him the quality of his work was not what I had anticipated. He made numerous excuses that the walls were out of plumb and the ceiling had. a dip in it that made it impossible to meet my expectations. When Joe arrived, he made no comments about the room, or the quality of the previous effort. He was a complete professional and I would not hesitate to have Joe tackle our next project. We are adding a 4 season sunroom and a first floor master suite with bathroom. I have already spoken with Joe and he will do all the finish carpentry work!

Joe did a great job installing wainscoting in our new home. He was flexible and worked with us to source custom material to match that of the builder. Overall, good communication, professional, and clean. Iâ d consider Joe for future projects.
