"I reached out and made my initial inquiry late Thursday afternoon. Joe responded within 10 minutes to discuss the project details. Joe said he could come out on Tuesday morning to complete the project by noon. Joe gave me a heads-up call 10 minutes before arrival to let me know he was on his way. Relatively new employee was excellent carpenter, but spent a lot of time trying to determine noise from dryer and eventually gave up (but I had to pay for the time). Ran out of supplies/necessary tools and had to leave to purchase or get them (on my time). Hard to reach person who schedules workers; much back and forth calling."
