"After we removed numerous trees from our backyard, we also wanted to level and reseed our backyard. Mike provided us with the best pricing of anyone we quoted and were quick to respond to any questions we had. They were able to come out in early fall so the grass had the best chance to grow. They were able to completely till the preexisting backyard area and reseed in two working days. Once the seed and straw were down, I followed his plan of watering which led to amazing results. It's been close to a year since the job was completed and looks great. As long as you follow their guidelines of watering if no rain is in the forecast, you'll have a great looking yard."

Cheerful, helpful, got rid of all debris including old flower pots, turned on outside water faucet and got garden hose and soaker ready to hook up. "Very well. Mr. Shuleva took a whole year before the project was started, but once he got his workers in place, it went very well. In addition to creating a swale that directed floodwaters away from our house, he tied our drainpipes into a drain that took the water away from the house and installed a french drain (I think that's the correct term) around the retaining wall under our prized back porch. He also did some extras, including giving me two nice shrubs (some sort of hydrangea, I forget the name), replanting a dogwood and some heritage lilacs that he had to move in order to do the rest of the work, and reseeding another part of the yard. We get compliments on the work. Looks great, and the grass is coming in nicely."

Juan and his crew came in and basically rebuilt the entire patio from the ground up. He even added an outdoor kitchen area to make it even better. Juan and his team also did a great job of not tearing up the existing yard and landscaping with his machinery and equipment. In fact all of the excavation work was hand dug by shovel.
