Mike came out and reviewed the work we needed, gave us great recommendations, and better/more permanent fix recommendations for our backyard draining issue, instead of recommending the other method other companies recommended that would only have addressed the issue for a year or two until the tree roots pushed up the soil again. They provided quick/excellent response times, and were able to start the work pretty quickly from the time we signed off on the quote. "Very well. Mr. Shuleva took a whole year before the project was started, but once he got his workers in place, it went very well. In addition to creating a swale that directed floodwaters away from our house, he tied our drainpipes into a drain that took the water away from the house and installed a french drain (I think that's the correct term) around the retaining wall under our prized back porch. He also did some extras, including giving me two nice shrubs (some sort of hydrangea, I forget the name), replanting a dogwood and some heritage lilacs that he had to move in order to do the rest of the work, and reseeding another part of the yard. We get compliments on the work. Looks great, and the grass is coming in nicely."

He worked with my ridiculous schedule, and was able to arrange a time convenient for me. Once we settled on a plan of action, Jake took care of everything! He let me know before he was going to arrive. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He started work immediately! Throughout the project, Jake checked in with me periodically to ensure that I was satisfied with the progress, and he even took the time to offer suggestions I had not thought of to improve the landscape. He worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally. When he was done with the yard, I was at a loss of words to describe the work! I think I said "wow" about a dozen times. It doesn't even look like the same yard! His price was MORE than reasonable, and I really could not be happier with the work or with the experience.
