"Pete was very knowledgeable and quickly identified the source of my concern. I knew something was in the chimney because my dog was continually going over to the fireplace smelling and barking. I was hearing scratching noises. Pete worked to restrict access to the chimney, dealt with a possible gas problem, cleaned the chimney and installed a stainless steel sleeve believing all was clear and problem solved. During the final task of cleaning the fireplace we all were unprepared for the what jumped out at us. What to our wondering eyes should appear (not Santa) but a BIG squirrel that ran helter-skelter through 2 rooms, jumping on furniture, going under it, frantically looking for a way out. Luckily, he avoided the dog and went into a room with French doors that my son quickly opened and fled into freedom. WOW, OMG, YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME, WHO WUDDA THOUGHT!!!! "Jose was quick to respond and allay any worries I had regarding the leak and any needed repairs. He came out immediately and accurately diagnosed the problem. He took pictures to back up his diagnosis and came up with a plan to resolve it. "The quality of Air Comfort's work is outstanding! I have used them several times to install Mitsubishi ductless A/C units throughout the house. Pricing is fair and reasonable. Jim Brady sends me a reminder every year to do a "service call" to make sure the units are fully charged and clean them. I cannot say enough good things about him. I had a couple of units installed by another contractor (prior to finding Air Comfort) and the quality of his work is so much better + he knows what he's doing and is able to get the job done quickly! Jim has been in the business for years so he's really experienced at doing installs of the ductless A/C units whereas so many contractors these days have "jumped in" and don't know what they are doing. It takes them longer and the install is sub-par. You can't go wrong with Air Comfort. I recommend them highly."

"TH replaced our roof and everything went very well. Originally they said it'd be a 2-day job but they arrived early in the morning and got it done in one day. The foreman for the team was really organized and friendly and he explained everything and answered all our questions. We had a good experience working with John Hazard before and after the job, he answered emails and phone calls promptly. Clean up was good, also. In the 3 months since we had the work done there have been no leaks or any other issues.

"The original project targeted only the Kitchen with minimum lay out modification. We later added removal of a wall and closet, replacing the dining room floor and painting the is one and the living room. We requested 7 quotes in total since this was a major project. We decided to work with Remodeling concepts due mainly to: - Derek's professionalism, - a timely response during the quoting process. We made four modification to the original project changing design and scope of work, - a very competitive price, - solid references, - have insurance and be licensed. The job started on the agreed date, and run as scheduled. Derek's team follows his professionalism, and they demonstrated a high level of expertise. Demolition (walls, closet, cabinets, etc), cleaning, framing, sheet-rock & taping, tile and back-splash work, plumbing and gas work, cabinets installation, electrical work, appliance installation, and painting were top. And they kept the dust to the minimum. We could appreciate their craftsmanship on the details. We have our DREAM kitchen. My wife is extremely pleased, therefore so do I.
