Chris responded to my inquiry very promptly. He was very professional and came out and gave me an estimate right away. He and his team arrived on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up everything from the tree removal and couldn't be more courteous. I would highly recommend Legacy Landscaping & Tree Service to anyone and would not hesitate to use them again myself. They did a great job.

Chris and his employees did an great job at my home. They took down a number of trees, replaced a walkway and retaining wall.

Chris was extremely professional. He developed a visual presentation of what he was proposing. We reviewed and tweaked the pictorial views he had created and decided to proceed with the project. His team arrived on time the day we had selected to start and over the next two days they worked tirelessly to complete the project. We were not without mishaps, there had been some confusion on the a few of the plantings and a brief discussion with Chris resolved the issues. At the end of day two all that remained was to swap out several plants we did not care for and to bring in two more wheel barrows of rock ground cover. BY the end of the following week Chris's team had returned and replaced and filled in the rock ground cover. All in all it was very good experience to have engaged Legacy and was impressed by their follow up to complete and remedy the mishaps. We will use them again

Chris and his team were incredibly talented and professional. I had a large tree near my house that had to come down without damage to my house. I also had some dead limbs on several other trees that I wanted cut. The man who did the cutting was extremely skilled and did extras, on his own initiative, that left the tree looking much better. They cut and removed the tree and the various limbs and left my yard looking clean and neat. I have had other trees cut and removed but none of the people have been as skilled as the Legacy Landscaping and Tree Service folks. I would hire them again and recommend them to others without reservation or hesitation.

Chris and his team were excellent! I hired them to do my patio area with pavers. I couldn't be happier with the work they did. They did it in a timely manner, and the value and the quality of the work was great! Highly recommend!

I had Legacy Landscaping repair my walkway and steps to the driveway which were waiting for an accident to happen.. They also cleaned up some landscaping next to my patio which was in sad disarray and planted six arborvitae 6 foot trees along my fence line. I had all the mulch replaced with river rocks and I absolutely love the look. Chris was very knowledgeable and his team of workers did an awesome job in a timely manner. In addition to the two jobs they also cleaned up a big maple tree in my backyard, cleaned up some vines growing over the fence, saved my morning glory and cleaned up the landscaping in the front of the house. Everything looked pristine when they finished. Chris also had my big arborvitae in the front of the house sprayed for bag worms which probably saved all my evergreens in the front. I will be forever thankful. I definitely recommend this company and plan on using them again next year to landscape the back of my house.

I hired Legacy to cut down two trees in my backyard. They were absolutely professional from start to finish. They stack my logs neatly and swept the yard to perfection. Even better than how it was before. I highly recommend this company. Thank you for a job well done!

Hot tempered owner.

Consumers beware. Though the owner of this business is very nice to begin with, unfortunately it is down hill from there. Requires constant follow up. Says they will be there to perform work, but never shows up, until you yourself have to follow up again to see when work is actually going to be completed. Quotes/Estimates/Bids work, and when you bring deficiencies to the owners attention as noted in his contract, he becomes combative, disrespectful and very unprofessional, trying to point the finger back at you, in stating that you are degrading, disrespectful and attacking him, just by simply pointing out to him the deficiencies, as his contract states you must do so in writing. Though you have work noted to be completed in writing from this vendor, actual photos of design selections and items noted on a contract with this vendor, that is not what you get in the long run. Unfortunately this experience has taught me that this vendor does not know how to properly quote a job and again, when you bring these deficiencies to his attention in the work provided, the owner becomes aggressive and combative, and additionally states that what you are asking him to correct are add-ons and if you fail to pay for what he thinks are add-ons, he threatens if you do not pay what he mistakenly believes are add-ons, to put a lien on your house. Young businessman trying to create a name for himself, but unfortunately his lack of experience and professionalism when dealing with customers shines though ultimately. Also, this vendor actually contracts out walls and walkways and does not complete them himself. Had I known this from the beginning, I would have just cut out the middleman so to speak and just went directly to the vendor he farmed this work out to, as the owner of that business is far superior when it comes to professionalism and offering great customer service, unfortunately unlike the owner of Legacy Landscaping.

Excellent customer service. Chris gave a great price for removing three very large trees and one small. Job was done in two days and our yard was cleaned up nicely. I recommended him to my mother and mother-in-law. Overall, we are very happy.
