Shamrock was fantastic to work with! The crew showed up right on time, were super friendly, and did a great job cleaning and checking my chimney. They explained what they were doing in simple terms and made the whole process stress-free. I’ll definitely be calling them again and recommending them to friends and family.

Took 3 visits but was well worth the time, attention and patience to get the job done right. First day was inspection and quote for repairs/materials. Work started that day to patch the cement crown that was cracked and channeling water down one side of the chimney eroding bricks. A bowed metal plate on the chimney to shed water between the two flue caps was flattened and sealed with cement so it did not show from the ground and so flies would stop entering into the house thru one of the flues. Crumbling mortar was replaced between bricks and bricks were waterproofed. The chimney was measured and the cap to cover the entire chimney was ordered. The 2nd visit got rained out. The 3rd visit was a good weather day and the cap was assembled, installed and cemented in place. It is amazing how strong the animal guard around the 4 sides of the chimney is. The crew at all times was friendly, courteous & very competent being careful to do the entire project as if it was their home.

They came out cleaned the chimney, took pictures showed me and they charged me a good price.

Tried to engage several other companies to complete my project. Very glad none of the others worked out. Shamrock always arrived when they said they would, performed their service with excellence without drama. Very responsive. Others were providing estimates of weeks of lead time. Shamrock completed their work in less than two. If you have work coming up, would strongly advise resisting the urge to waste time by talking to anyone else than Shamrock. They are a pre-eminent company among their peers.
