"Pete was very knowledgeable and quickly identified the source of my concern. I knew something was in the chimney because my dog was continually going over to the fireplace smelling and barking. I was hearing scratching noises. Pete worked to restrict access to the chimney, dealt with a possible gas problem, cleaned the chimney and installed a stainless steel sleeve believing all was clear and problem solved. During the final task of cleaning the fireplace we all were unprepared for the what jumped out at us. What to our wondering eyes should appear (not Santa) but a BIG squirrel that ran helter-skelter through 2 rooms, jumping on furniture, going under it, frantically looking for a way out. Luckily, he avoided the dog and went into a room with French doors that my son quickly opened and fled into freedom. WOW, OMG, YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME, WHO WUDDA THOUGHT!!!!
