Charges doubled the market price to replace plywood on roof decking

Definitely a scam artist! Beware! Project was unfortunately agreed upon by my elderly father who didn't know any better. Charged him almost 70 GRAND for a 900 square foot home roof reconstruction (yes, it was extensive work) . With my curiosity piqued, I had 3 other contractors come out and carefully review the work done. It should have only cost between 35 and 40 grand tops. Now the house will most likely be lost, since this loan will never be paid off due to the age of my father and my inability to sustain the payments. Company actually had the audacity to try and continue to push my father into getting MORE work done such as siding. Absolutely no conscious for this company!

Even though it cost more then the estimate because of plywood damage under the old shingles. I would use Seci again. The crew worked in the rain and at times lightning to get the job done. They were here at 8:00 am and did not leave until 7:10 pm. Very professional! Checked in one last time to make sure everything was good. Really impressed with their hard work and excellent customer service! Thanks again!

We needed a new roof in days not weeks and we were getting quoted sky high prices. Seci Construction not only came in with the lowest bid from a master elite roofer but they set us up to start work in days not weeks. When it was raining heavily on the day we picked, Seci Construction came in on the next day, a Sunday, to get the work done. When it started to drizzle on Sunday, they kept putting on the roofing through the rain. Cesi Construction will tell you to be there when they do the work and they are right. Once the shingles came up, Cesi Construction offered to replace all of our 3/8" panels with 1/2" panels. This would have doubled the price of the job, so we checked the state code and found that 3/8" was good enough, so we said to stick with what we had, and there was no argument. Cesi Construction worked two days, started on a Sunday, worked through the rain, and got us a brand new beautiful roof.

The rep did not leave a card, paperwork, or any way to contact anyone or contact the workers who claimed the rep ordered fewer materials than he told us. He lied to us and convinced us that a previous quote we got was a hard hit on our credit for a partial repair when it was a soft hit for a full roof repair which is what we wanted. The moment the workers got there they started screaming for more money. They did not schedule a dumpster pick-up. Regret even hearing about this company.

6.0 Jon Moberg Mountainside, NJ I didn't tell them I was a retired builder & home remodeler. They did a professional job. It was a 2 day job, at the end of each day they cleaned up all debris. Sorry I didn't hire them to do the siding job on our home. I didn't have to show them how to do anything. Excellent job, from sales to finished job. Their workers did everything in double time (running) which amazed me. Will get a bunch of their business cards and give them to people who ask me to recommend a roofer

Work was meticulous. Property was left in immaculate condition. Great people to work with.

Excellent job. Came when they said, did the job in one day, cleaned up everything and promptly addressed a couple of issues we had (nothing major). I would definitely recommend them. Very honest company to work with.

Excellent, I was very pleased with SECI from my first meeting with Mark and my introduction to the work team. It was a two day job that was completed cleanly and efficiently. Achilles had control of all aspects of the removal to complete installation. The clean up was was done to perfection and my complete satisfaction. I would recommend SECI to any home owner needing a new roof.

Workers were profession and finished the job on time. Also cleaned up and made sure there was no debris left in the driveway or neighbor's driveway. They did not leave until the foreman returned to inspect the job. The foreman also stopped by a number of times to advise of the progress they were making and of some roofing issues that were discovered. The roof never looked so good.

Great work. Always professional. Foreman always in touch with owners. Explained in detail what needed to be done. The salesman who came to speak to us upon selection was well informed and professional. Responded to texts after meeting promptly. Would highly recommend them.
