"Very professional matter of fact no nonsense guy. Does not pull any punches. Tells you want you need to do and does it. Does not rush the job. Further more you do not have to stand there and make sure he does his job, you can just tell right from the start hes going to do what is in your best interest. I already told him to come back once a year and clean the chimney and inspect it. I don't care what he charges.
