"Had a lot of smoke blow back when I used fireplace for first time, so hired All County Maintenance to inspect and clean a chimney in a condo. They arrived right on time and a quick and efficient job. During the process Peter(the owner) without prompting, kindly explained each step they were doing and why as he and his assistant did the inspection and cleaning. He also explained to me how my chimney was constructed, what caused the smoke to blow back and how to avoid it in the future. Provided an overall excellent service and would hire again for any future issues."

"Took 3 visits but was well worth the time, attention and patience to get the job done right. First day was inspection and quote for repairs/materials. Work started that day to patch the cement crown that was cracked and channeling water down one side of the chimney eroding bricks. A bowed metal plate on the chimney to shed water between the two flue caps was flattened and sealed with cement so it did not show from the ground and so flies would stop entering into the house thru one of the flues. Crumbling mortar was replaced between bricks and bricks were waterproofed. The chimney was measured and the cap to cover the entire chimney was ordered. The 2nd visit got rained out. The 3rd visit was a good weather day and the cap was assembled, installed and cemented in place. It is amazing how strong the animal guard around the 4 sides of the chimney is. The crew at all times was friendly, courteous & very competent being careful to do the entire project as if it was their home."

He opened the wall and after the inspection he noticed 13 thousand pounds of cracked sewer lines pipe and broken concrete blocks and bricks used as fill. He took everything in stride and was extremely reasonable. We have a beautiful fireplace now. He even helped with rebuilding the chimney and relining everything."
