He was a smoker and because of his health declining, was unable to keep up on some basic maintenance. After submitting a request for a quote through Angi's List, Dajuan responded promptly and professionally and answered many of my questions, that I'm sure were all over the place. Trying to handle a house project 1000 miles away and trying to find someone to do it was extremely overwhelming and stressful, especially while grieving, but Dajuan's understanding and communication made the process a lot smoother. He was able to meet me at my Father's house last minute while we were in town to go over some job options and gave me some advice to help me make some decisions. After a good month or so of a massive texting conversation, funding hiccups and decision making delays on my part, Dajuan and crew got the job done in the time frame I needed and came back in a timely manner to fix a couple things and complete a couple more jobs I added on at the end. He suggested a couple options for some weird issues in the house and pointed out some issues that need to be taken care of in the future that I can do on my own. "It was OK, he did a good job. He installed an overhead microwave for me. However, I purchased two hours or four hours of work and he was only there half the time. He was suppose to reschedule that time with me. I did get a good deal because to get the microwave done would have cost me more by itself, but I still didn't get the full value of the deal. I didn't grade him bad or anything because it was still a pretty good deal for what I got done, but I still never got those two hours. He did a good job and it was still a pretty good deal, I just think he should have followed up and gave me those two hours I paid for. I reached out to him a couple times but then I ended up moving back to Ohio. They came and did the microwave and said they would book the other two hours at a later date because they were to busy but I tried a couple times to get them to come back out and it just didn't work out. If someone purchases a specific amount of time they should be able to accommodate that time in full or follow up with them to complete the service so the customer doesn't feel they got short charged. They did a good job installing the microwave. He was on time."
