I have Denny fo these 2 pieces about 10 yrs ago. The stuffing was coming thru the arms and the cats were playing with it. I decided it was time to get them done again. I was going on vacation at the end of April so it was decided to have the pieces dropped off the Sunday before. I had the fabrics that was ordered sent to them and left everything in their capable hands. While I was gone, they sent me pics and what a difference!! These 2 are the eye catchers of my living room. I can't say enough about the service, the craftsmanship and the care that was put into my furniture. I tell everyone about Denny when anyone is talking about getting their furniture redone. I hope thry will be able to do their magic in another 10 yrs when the pieces need to be redone!!!

Jerri and her team are terrific. I first had my patio furniture recovered and they did a great job. Reasonable pricing and delivered earlier than expected. We then had a custom grill cover designed. Prior to completion, they came back to ensure the fastening would work with high winds and changed the method to reinforce it. Again, great work and early delivery. You will be satisfied with this company.

Friendly, efficient & excellent job. Very happy & satisfied with the work done. They matched the fabric I brought, which were repurposed drapes. Will call them again if I have another project in the future.

If I could give Denny an A+ rating, I would. The most beautiful upholstery job I have every seen. My sofa is now so elegant. Denny was prompt and courteous and I could not be happier with the result. Just wonderful. Plus, he and his wife are the nicest people you could every work with. I feel like looking for more things for them to re-upholster for me.

Denny did a fantastic job reupholstering a chair for me and a separate throw pillow. He had left over fabric and even made me an extra throw pillow free of charge. So thoughtful! I'm writing this review a couple of years after the work was done (better late than never!) and the chair still looks brand new - it has held up beautifully. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

Denny did a great job of making custom covers for my dog's bed. The only pattern he had was homemade by me and he was able to figure out what I needed and duplicate it - 12 times! Different sizes. He was fast and Jerri was always available to talk about the project by phone. I would recommend!

Let's just say it looks AMAZING!! It's quite amazing what Denny can do with the mess that we had. I have attached pictures of what it looked like before and after and I still can't believe how great it looks. My father found Denny on Angie's List, we took the seat and back off, took them to Denny and within a week he had it done! Excellent service in every way from the initial phone contact to picking it back up! Would highly recommend DR Custom Upholstery.....

I called DR Custom Upholstery and Jerri was very upbeat and friendly, she asked questions about my project and gave me a quote over the phone. They were very prompt in picking up my chairs and said they would return them within 1 - 2 weeks and they had them back to me in five days. My chairs never looked better. Very professional and courteous service. I would definitely use them again. They are awesome and I love the how the chairs turned out.

This was the second time we used Denny Rosales. Eight years ago he did our sofa, dining chairs, and a lazy boy and we loved the work. This time we had kitchen chairs for a different room that needed upholstery and he was the only one we considered. He came over quickly and did the work ahead of schedule and on budget. We will use him again when we have a new project.

What a fabulous job! Denny went right to work on our ottoman and literally had it finished in less than 24 hours! Amazing! Not only was he fast, he did a wonderful job. He added piping to the edges which our old ottoman did not have and added some extra padding. We literally have a brand new piece of furniture for a fraction of what a new one would cost. Plus, the quality of workmanship is superior to anything that can be purchased these days. We highly recommend Denny and DR Custom Upholstery for all your upholstery needs! And as an added bonus they pick up and deliver if need be! Just do it!

I had four large sofa and recliner seat cushions that needed replacement covers. After perusing Angie’s List I contacted DR Custom Upholstery for information, and I’m so glad I did. I initially talked with Jerri — I hope I spelled her name correctly —and she arranged for us an appointment with her husband in our home so we could receive an estimate of the work we requested. Although I offered to bring the cushions to her business location she explained to me that it would be best to have her husband come to us, provide an estimate for the labor charge, and give us information regarding the material we would need. An appointment was set. Denny arrived on time, measured our cushions, explained what he would do to make them look new again, and the total cost for his work. We had no knowledge regarding upholstering materials but Denny provided us information where to buy the material, what to ask for, and how many yards were needed for the project. We followed his advice and got exactly what we needed and in a color and quality that is compatible with our sofa and recliner’s original color. We dropped off the cushions and material to Denny and he said he would deliver them to us in a couple days. He finished the work and delivered them as promised, on time and at the exact cost he gave us and not a penny more. We could not be more pleased with their service and quality of workmanship. I saved information about DR Custom Upholstery so that I know who to call if someday I need additional upholstery work done on our other upholstered furniture. I definitely recommend this business. As a disclaimer, neither my wife nor I are relatives of, or knew either Jerri or Denny prior to our business transaction.

We interviewed Denny and his wife/partner Jerri to reupholster an expensive outdoor furniture set that included 1 couch, 2 chairs and an ottoman, as well as several throw pillows. The furniture had seen better days but we loved it. They came over to our house at the scheduled time and met with us for about an hour to discuss the job. They were both very nice, friendly and professional. It was obvious that Denney knew what he was doing. We discussed a number of options, and got an estimate. I told Denny we would discuss the proposal, but I knew right then that we wanted to work with him. I called him later that day and told him we were ready to go. For this particular job, I had to go buy the “Sunbrella” fabric myself and Jerri was very helpful by giving me the yardage estimate I would need to buy, as well as some stores to consider for finding the material I wanted. After buying and receiving the material, I called Denny and he came over to pick up all the furniture cushions, pillows and the new material. At that point we paid him a deposit and he got started. The job was to take 2-3 weeks which I was delighted about, and sure enough, about 2 weeks later I got a call saying that everything was done. Denny and Jerri came out the next day, delivered and re installed all the new cushions and pillows. IT ALL LOOKED GREAT! They did such a great job, I'm now looking around to see if there is something else we can have them do. If you are looking for a GOOD, TRUSTWORTHY, SKILLED, upholsterer, you found him. Pick up the phone and call. You will be glad that you did.
