Euflooria (The Showroom), and Entourage (The Installation Company) has made it possible to come together and include a showroom for our customers. We are still a family owned business. We have a small number of employees, and that is the reason why we stay dedicated to our customers. Every job counts for us... whether it is big or small. Our independent installers have been with us for several years. Everyone is background checked, and has no records of any kind with the law. We are licensed, bonded and insured. (License # 0079693, License #0074205, License #0076088, License #0076386) with Insurance of a $2,000,000 Policy. All of our estimates are presented to our customers on a formal estimate sheet, and you can trust the fact that our numbers never change, once the job is estimated. "I am extremely sorry that you felt this way about me. It is not in my best business interest to leave customers hanging out to dry. Clearly we did email back and forth for about a month with all of the changes you had requested. I can not control the cell phone situation, but I can assure you that I didn't just hang up on you. Just to clarify a couple of things... you mentioned that I did not want to honor my coupon I had listed on Angieslist. From the first time I estimated your job, the coupon was never mentioned or even considered. On the coupon, it clearly says that it must be used for customers who are purchasing "Product & Labor together". You had originally told me that you were supplying the tile, and I was just doing the labor. Then the next week, you said you would supply the baseboards, and again, I would just be doing the labor. That's does not comply with the restrictions of the coupon, therefore, I did not ever think the coupon was be used or thought about. I never once implied usage or other options when it came to the coupon either. I am sorry that I was not able to help you out with your flooring project, and am saddened with the score that I received from you. This is why I am loyal to Angieslist... I appreciate any and all feedback I get from my customers. I take the great and the bad seriously and make adjustments from there. This has taught me to be EXTRA clear when it comes to the coupon usage, and make sure there are no misunderstanding. Sometimes you have to put yourself in the customers shoes and realize that everyone needs help at some point. The problem with doing repairs, is sometimes it doesn't fix the situation then the customer feels that you made it worse... with that being said, that is why other stores don't do repairs. I am very confidant with my installers that we are able to make the situation a lot better by the time we get done.
