Best water softener pros near White Rock, NM

"I am pleased with the water softener. The owner explained the system and answered my questions. A miscommunication in scheduling installation was quickly changed to accommodate my schedule. Installation was speedy and they explained the best way to position the softener. A few questions that I had after installation were answered quickly. Thanks!"

"We have had several services completed by NE Plumbing. They have serviced our swamp cooler in the spring & fall for 2 years, & done a great job. Last December, our water heater was leaking, and Pepe and his team stayed until 9pm that night to complete the work. Based on their suggestion, we replaced it with a tankless water heater & we are extremely happy with it. It has reduced our power consumption while giving us hot water efficiently when we need it. Pepe has gone above & beyond what was expected to give us excellent customer service. Prompt, knowledgable, thorough, & friendly. Highly recommend!"

"They did an excellent job"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't recommend Jordan enough! He truly went above and beyond to make sure our home and family were safe. He came out twice, fixed our furnace, tested for carbon monoxide, and even checked our stove and water heater. After all that, he only charged us $100 and even offered us an incredible deal on a new furnace installation! His honesty, professionalism, and genuine care really stood out. It's hard to find someone this trustworthy and dedicated. If you need HVAC services, Jordan is absolutely the person to call! He's earned our trust, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone!"

"They had great communication with me and were very polite. They even gave me the cell number of the estimator to work out the details of a modified cost estimate. They were extremely fast and efficient in getting out to the Futura House and getting me a cost estimate as well as replacing the hot water heater. If you want work done fast and complete, this is the company you want to use."

"Very knowledgeable plumber. Saved me about $4,500."

"The salesman Steve that came out to give me a quote was very professional and very thorough. He spent a lot of time with me explaining their system and telling me about the company. They have excellent products and it seems like they offer great customer service. Before I could put the phone down after putting the Home Advisor request in, he was calling me, and he was right on time for the appointment. He spent a lot of time answering my questions and explaining the value of his companies systems. I would absolutely recommend Steve and Creative Resources, LLC for your water softening and water conditioning needs."

"John & his son came out, found the water leak problem quickly and fixed it. Came back the next day and brought new parts that eliminate the water problem in the future. He was very knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend him and the Panda maintenance protection!"

"Fantastic! Two other contractors gave us ridiculously high bids. One sent a plumber that didn't even seem to understand the problem. Jonathan, from Genesis, was supper smart and was able to explain our options and quickly give us a reasonable quote once we decided on replacement of our hot water heater.. He went out of his way to complete the work early so we didn't have to go without hot water through the weekend. He also stuck around to make sure we were comfortable with the new equipment. I've used many contractors in NM over the years, and can honestly say they are one of the best!"
