"Initially, getting a quote estimate and booking a repair date was delayed, mainly due to the current Covid climate and their busy work schedule. But, I am extremely happy to have stayed with this company. Chris, Alicia, Michael and Joshua were all great, very professional. Michael (Flores) and Joshua did an excellent job installing my tankless water heater! I you have the time to factor in their busy schedule, I would definitely recommend this company! "Everything is working to perfection and we even received a phone call from the owner to asks us how his employees had done since we have had two groups over Within the past three weeks. We told him the shower was also working better than it has in the past 30 years and the swamp cooler had no leaks at all. But we did have one concern and it was about the estimate for replacement only being good for 3 days. He said you go ahead keep it they will honor it.
