Excellent—they did a good job on the installation and the unit works great. I've tested the water using a total dissolved solids (TDS) meter and the RO water output is very pure.

On time for a fair price. Very knowledgeable service tech.

Had some issues with water softener system.  Got 3 quotes on phone after describing symptoms.  All three were for new system. 
Called Sodeco and described exact same thing and ask how much for new system.  Gary said hold on - let me test water and inspect your system first - then IF you need one he would credit cost of that service to price.  Mike came out and said my system was fine - all settings were off.  He reset and all is good, also checked under sink RO system.

Better understanding of how to manage the system when use fluctuates

On time, professional and quality work installing the system.  One small hiccup -  the installer forgot to install the sediment and odor and taste filter in the housing.  I didn't discover this until six months later when I went to change the filter and found it not there.  Sodeco, gave me two of these filters for free due to their error.

Everything went extremely well. The installer came on time, did the entire job in about an hour and a half and cleaned up afterwards. He explained how to use and maintain the system. I recently changed the micron filter and it was easy and not messy at all. I would recommend Sodeco without reservation. I had several estimates and Sodeco impressed me with their straight forward explanations and did not try and sell me the most expensive option. And our water is so much softer.

The initial contacts were very informative and everybody was very professional and very patient.  Gary was great the two times I stopped by the shop, taking the time to answer all of my questions and walking me through not only their products but comparisons with other types of systems.  Flip, the installer, was on time for both the consultation visit and the actual install. 
The estimated 2-hour install stretched to almost 4-hours when one of the fittings cracked (it was one of those really cold days) and there wasn't a spare in the truck.  Had that not happened, Flip would have had it in within half-hour of the estimate.  There were a couple of minor things I didn't really like about the install, but they are more "not how I would have done it" than a bad job.  I think the install could have been a bit cleaner, but it's functional and that's what counts.
We could tell the difference in our water almost immediately.  After three weeks, no issues with any of the equipment or installation.  Overall, we're glad we made this improvement and very happy we went with SODECO....thanks guys!

Gary, the owner of SODECO is very helpful and informative about water softener systems.  He provided a very good system for our home and his plumber, Flip, did a quality installation.  Flip also serviced our existing RO systems to bring them up to date.  We are very happy with the clean installation and excellent customer service provided so far.  I would recommend them and use them in the future to maintain our new system.

I had three companies give me estimates and Sodecco was the only company that actually looked for my water main. The location of the main caused complications, but the Sodecco folks were flexible and competent.

I cannot believe how customer focused and responsive this company is.  They have restored my faith in Capitalism.  First my old system kept recharging and sending water into my septic system.  They talked me thru over the phone on how to bypass it so my septic tank would not fill up causing other real big problems for me.  I am on well water so before they would sell me anything they wanted to test my water.  With that done, a system was recommended.  They did not have in stock the unit I needed and wanted, so they upgraded me to a better system at the same price.  They made two house visits one to see how the system would be installed and the other to do the install.  Both times they were on time.  An almost unheard of quality in todays business world.  They were missing one accessory for the unit the tech said he would come back the following week to install it.  In my mind in dealing with businesses I'm thinking "Oh yea like you'll remember that especially now that you have my money".  So I was expecting a hassle to get the job 100% done.  But to my astonishment they followed up with me at the beginning of the new week and sent their tech right over to finish the job.  They also will be coming back in two months to make sure the system is functioning right. This is a very well run business that really cares about its customers and has terrific follow thru.  These are hard to find traits in today world of business.  Great experience with Sodeco.  I would use them again in a heart beat!

The sales representative in the store was knowledgeable and helpful and clearly indicated what we did not need to buy, even though it reduced the sale amount. The installing plumber talked to the builder of our home (7 year old home) to figure out the drain situation so that the unit could installed.

Our water softener was getting stuck on the recharge cycle, and we called Sodeco who had serviced the softener previously.
On the first service call, the problem was misdiagnosed as simple seal kit maintenance which did not fix the problem.
On the second service call, we were given too options: 
(1) replace the entire softener, 
(2) replace just the softener head, which was not guaranteed to fix the problem.
We chose option 2 to replace just the head (at about 1/3 the price of option 1), and fortunately it did fix the problem.
Overall, the repair technician Flip was very professional and helpful in explaining the repairs.
It did take the two service calls, and we were not credited for the cost of the first seal kit repair.

I didn't know if I needed to replace my under sink reverse osmosis system after discovering mold under our kitchen sink. I also did not know if our tank was a good one and whether our system overall was a good choice or not. We learned so much from them and ended up knowing how to handle the system we have without replacing it. We thank them so much and will have them maintain it from this point forward. They could handle both the complex plumbing issues we ran into plus the water filtration issues, which is a specialty. Not every plumber knows both! Plus they had suggestions for our water softener for the over all house for the future, too. It ended up costing a lot less than I thought it would and we could feel confident in our water quality again after finding mold - ewwww!

They did a great job in a timely manner.  Cleaned up after themselves

Consultations with Gary Weiner at the Sodeco office were very educational and informative for us new residents who had no prior experience with well water and treatment systems. Flip, the technician who came to the house, continued the excellent service and quickly and professionally updated our systems and gave us advice on potential future concerns and options of which to be aware.

We are delighted with the markedly improved quality of our household water and very glad to have had Sodeco recommended to us.

Overall I could not be more pleased!  Very much tried to fit our needs and did!  They are coming back for a follow up in July at no extra cost.  Thank you for your list, I am so glad to have found such good service.

Representative arrived promptly at appointed time, evaluated existing plumbing and recommended procedure.  Recommendations were reasonable, and work was performed efficiently,, quickly,  and as anticipated.  Representative was courteous and professional

Make sure you check your sprinklers individually and that the technician leaves them on for 20-30 minutes to detect leaks, broken lines etc.

We had purchased Toto toilets from Sodeco several years ago. In one, the float mechanism needed to be replaced. Although Sodeco does not normally keep stock of such items, they found the item we needed for us. It was more expensive than normal floats but then it is custom for ToTo. In addition, there was a mixup in ordering the first float - a mutual problem in correctly identifying the toilet model. Sodeco worked with us to return the first float and get the right one. Again, not their normal business. Always good to work with them.
