"Thomas came, found the incoming water line leak, got the Bobcat excavator and dug down to expose the water pipe. A pipe joint had not been glued when the house was built 41 years ago and it took that long for the tiny leak to come to the surface. Thomas worked his butt off, climbing in the 5 foot deep hole in the mud to remove the old PVC pipe and install new pipe into a better configuration. It was Friday before Memorial Day weekend and Thomas worked till around 6pm to get the hole covered up and area cleaned up. He also had 2 more jobs to complete that day after leaving my job. They came when scheduled and even though the project was SIGNIFICANTLY more work than initially envisioned, it was worked on until completion. Excellence is all I can say!!"
