John, the plumber, did an excellent job. This company is very efficient and their plumbers are most competent. Neil is very responsive when scheduling and always returns calls promptly. Friendly and competent what more can I ask for?

Donner has done plumbing work for us the last 3 years, from simple leak repair to installing a hot-water recirculation system. They've always been prompt, professional, and fair, and done a great job. Lance is the best!

The workman, Joseph, arrived right on time, quickly located a crack in the pipe. He did not have the appropriate part on his truck but quickly left and returned with the right part. He did the repair quickly and very neatly! The price for the service was very fair. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with and gave us some advice about the adjacent garbage disposal which is also very old and on its last legs. We now plan to have them replace that as well in the next week or so. Donner Plumbing was recommended to us by a company that does other work for us so I felt confident about using them. I would certainly recommend them to others and we will use them for upcoming work that needs to be done.

They did the work at my daughters house. They've done work for me for a long time. I've had some issues but I think it's explainable. They do a good job. I would tell others that they are very responsive, especially if you have an emergency. They're easy to deal with them over the phone and internet. It's a good locally owned company.

Fine. The job was completed quickly with no problems and the price was exactly as estimated.

I was having the exterior of my home redone (windows and stucco) so I thought it would be good to replace the outside faucets at the same time. I purchased the spigots myself and was going to install them, but a little voice told me I should use a professional incase something goes wrong and/or replacing them wasn't as simple as it appeared. I've used Donner Plumbing before so I called them to so this job as well. When the service tech, Jackie, arrived and saw what was being done he recommended I wait until the stucco was finished before putting the new spigots on. He removed the old ones and put on extension pipes so the stucco crew could work around the areas. When the stucco was completed he returned and replaced the nipples and installed the new sillcocks/spigots. As always they are very professional and do a great job regardless of which technician is assigned.

On Saturday afternoon, I discovered a major water leak inside the wall behind my mechanical room that contains my water heater, boiler and all the water lines.  I did not know what exact line it was but was certain that it was in a water line hidden behind a wall in my mechanical room in my garage.  I could not get ahold of my previous plumber over the weekend and so waited until Monday morning to contact a friend for their recommendation on who to use.  The only water we had in the entire house was cold water from the kitchen faucet, but we patiently made due.  On Monday morning at around 8:30 am I contacted Mitch at Donner Plumbing and he put the service manager, Neil, on the phone.  Neil listened to my story and confidently told me that he'd have John over to my home within half an hour.  Sure enough, John showed up and began cutting a couple holes in my sheetrock to try to find the leaky pipe.  In a short time he was able to find the broken copper pipe and repair it.  He also diagnosed a few other misc problems with my water heater connections and a broken valve that he was able to take care of at this same time.  

In a very reasonable amount of time and with a very fair and efficient total cost, John completed his work and gave us back our running water so our household is back to normal.  I will absolutely use Donner Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs, hopefully we have none :)

I called Donner Plumbing on the afternoon of 11/18 after discovering the hydrant would not completely shut off.  Even though the job was not emergency we were scheduled for the first slot next day.  The service call plumber, Leo, called the following morning to be sure of the details of the problem to insure that he would have the proper parts on the truck.  Since we live 30 minutes outside of town this is especially important to avoid paying for unnecessary travel expenses.  Once on site Leo was polite, upbeat and pleasant, and most importantly he was knowledgeable and efficient.  The job was a little difficult because the broken joint for the hydrant was in a tight spot in the ground against the foundation wall of the house.  Leo managed the work skillfully and maintained a good humor through the trials of a tight fit and s slow drip in the main line.  In the end the cost of the entire job was less than I thought it was going to be given the location and the time of year.
