Lee Carns, the owner, was very professional. He gave me a lot of information about things that he saw were not up to par, and since the home was older (1986) there were a lot of things he saw that could be improved. He gave me his report that same day. Then he just cleared out and let me figure out that no matter how nice the mobile home looked, I did not have the funds to pay, even over time, for all the things that were wrong with the property. I am grateful to him for not trying to influence my decision by telling me his opinion, but letting the facts speak for themselves. It was money well spent. I would have been trapped in a situation I could not have paid for.
