New Mexico Roof Experts. Carlos explained what was needed and the process. I have a TPO roof and he worked with me and answered all of my questions. He and his team were prompt and worked to finish my roof recondition project in good time. The crew provided excellent work. I highly recommend.

I had all parapets on my traditional tar-and-gravel flat roof (about 5000 square feet) rejuvenated--both base flashings and stucco. Carlos and crew did a first-rate job. Carlos was very responsive to all my individual requirements; as well, he always answered his phone when I called with questions/ concerns. I would not hesitate to use him again for any additional roofing requirements that I may have.

Carlos was very precise in his evaluation of the condition of my roof and what work was necessary to replace a section of the roof and repair the other areas that needed attention. I want to emphasize that his work crew were extremely professional and courteous; they also answered all of my questions about the repairs they were performing. After the job was done, they cleaned up and removed all of the debris. I recommend New Mexico Roof Experts without hesitation; as a matter of fact, I am going to have NM Roof Experts repair another section of my roof in the near future.

I had a couple of bids, the other two only wanted to fix the immediate problem, Carlos with New Mexico Roof Experts explained they not only would fix the area that the leak was from but they would spud and clean around the leak, reseal all roof apply aluminum coating around entire roo, apply silicone caulking to any cracks over stucco walls. They did everything that was stated in the bid. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Carlos REALLY cares, hard to find worker's now a days. Another job came up so instead of a week it took almost 2.Minor cosmetics left. All in ALL, EXCELLENT.

Carlos was great at communicating and explaining what was needed and the process. He worked with me and answered all of my questions. He and his team were prompt and worked through the 90 degree heat to finish my roof repair project in one day.
