After dealing with a horrible flooring leak and having another company insist there was no leak, I was feeling stuck, frustrated, and overwhelmed. But the moment Tommy arrived, everything changed—within minutes, he not only confirmed there was a leak in my radiant flooring system, but he also pinpointed the exact location with incredible precision. His professionalism, expertise, and efficiency were on a whole different level. Thanks to him, I was able to prove to my insurance company that I did have an acute problem, which helped me get the coverage and support I needed.
