Repaired roofing protrusions (vents, etc) and some flashing. Seems to have corrected our issues.

Hired them to inspect foam roof, evaluate condition and any need for repairs or maintenance. They did a great job identifying needed repairs, and then made the repairs in a timely and efficient manner. Very impressed with their responsiveness and attention to all the details. Iâ ll be using them annually to help keep the roof properly maintained.

When the purpose of the job is to inspect the roof for its soundness and viability, it makes more sense to hire an actual inspector rather than a roofing contractor. The reason, it seems to me, is that the latter has a strong incentive to find some way to improve the condition of the roof, invariably at the home-seller's expense. As a practical matter, any roof, selected at random, could probably be "improved" in some sense, just as my car would be "improved" if I bought a new set of tires. This would be true even if the present set of tires was entirely serviceable for the foreseeable future. That doesn't mean that all roofing contractors are inherently dishonest, only that it's difficult to turn down an opportunity to seek improvement in something if one is certainly going to profit from the process.

The project in this case was a roof inspection in connection with the sale of our home in Santa Fe. My experience with Advanced Roofing Restoration was entirely positive: excellent value, great customer service, thorough performance of the job. I would recommend this company for similar projects.

We were SCAMMED by BSI Enterprises, LLC of Albuquerque for a hail damaged roof replacement. The work started in September 2021 with their shoddy workmanship that included several roof leaks. January 2 & 3, 2022 when several inches of snow melted, 16 leaks in 6 rooms appeared that included mold in one room. More shoddy attempts to repair leaks. Finally, May 31, 2022 we received an e-mail from Christopher Mirabal, ([email protected]) demanding more money to be paid before further repairs would be completed. SCAM! We hired Don Jeffus for as our Certified Roof Inspector in November, 2021. His inspection reports of shoddy workmanship confirmed our assessment. We hired Advanced Roofing Restoration to fix our leaky roof. Less than two days they applied sealing material to the entire roof. We have experienced our monsoon season rains and NO LEAKS. We are completely satisfied with their quality repairs.

The experience with this company was overall a good one. The initial inspection was quick and complete. The inspection report came quickly. I was able to get the work done within a few days and the work that was done was excellent.

Don was very good about staying in touch, showing up on time, following up, etc. The work looks to be done very well -- we have not had a big rain since the job was completed, but I have no doubt that if there are any issues Don and his crew will do whatever follow up work is needed. Advanced Roofing Restoration is owned and operated by Don Jeffus. This small company markets a single product, Ecodur, which is arguably the most durable, trouble-free, and easy to repair roof coating available. This product has been around since the 1990s, and will last thirty or even forty years. Don personally supervised and participated in the preparation of the roof and application of the product. The beautiful result was flawed by the discovery that the crew had accidentally failed to mix activator into one bucket of Ecodur compound. Don personally took care of this at his own expense. He came to my house over the course of four afternoons and hand scrubbed the area to remove all the unactivated compound. He then covered the area with a double application of Ecodur. The entire roof is now properly cured and hardened. Throughout the experience, I was impressed with Don's integrity and his determination to make things right. I recommend Ecodur to you as the highest-quality roof treatment available, and Don Jeffus as the most reliable, experienced, and honest roofing contractor to apply that product.

I made a mistake hiring 'bbidiosolutions.com' of Albuquerque for a roof replacement. Shoddy and Shabby describes their workmanship that left more roof leaks than imaginable. I needed an independent roof inspection to combat their demands for final payment. Using the internet, I discovered Don Juffus, Owner of Advanced Roofing. He offered to inspect my roof, note the many examples of possible roof leak areas and produce a report with photographs. The report was prepared and delivered by e-mail the same day as his inspection. I consider his fee reasonable for the excellent report that he produced. I now have the independent documentation needed to confront the leaky new roof contractor for corrections.

Don Jeffus did the original inspection when we bought the house and sealed the seams and other work to prevent leaks temporarily. I am not a fan of TPO but I thought it was my only option. Don did some research on a product to meet our need which include solar installation. He found 2 different options and applied the one I selected. Because of weather and my schedule he had to adjust a few times but it is done and looks great,
