"The installation looks great and we have not complaints.
The estimate was provided on schedule and was complete so there were no surprise costs later. The work was scheduled to be done about a month later, and that schedule was met.
Mr. Jensen and his assistant were careful to lay drop clothes to protect the floor from all the debris tracked in and out of the house. They also cleaned up after themselves at the end of each work day so that the house did not feel like a work zone in the evenings.

"MARC JONES CONSTRUCTION TEAM ARRIVED ON SCHEDULE AND INSTALLED THE SOLAR ARRAY OVER TWO DAYS. ON MONDAY, WE HAD INSPECTION AND A FEW DAYS LATER THE ATTIC WAS INSULATED WITH FOAM TO REDUCE HEAT LOAD ON AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM. "It went well, took several days due to large size of roof, another roofer estimated 32K for same job. No more leaking and thick Polyvinyl type material we expect to last indefinitely. They also replaced rusted parts of evaporative cooler. No real issues with project except Satellite dish had to be realigned with a service call from Direct TV at additional $50, but probably could not have been avoided. They acted professionally and respectfully."

"Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. So he just finished the vent cleaning and left his card. He did a great job on the vent cleaning and was happy with the work."
