Blown In Insulation Install or Upgrade
I would recommend them, but with reservations. The product they installed was fine. They arrived on time and completed the work promptly. The problem was the prep and cleanup. They failed to put up plastic sheeting to limit the dust. After the job they only swept up the immediate area near the attic access. I had to direct the worker who cleaned up to attend to other areas where there was an obvious coating of dust. They broke a light fixture while positioning their ladder. They promised to replace it.

Batt, Rolled or Reflective Insulation Install or Upgrade
There was a disconnect between the sales and production, so when the installers came they were not prepared with the right info or material. The initial install of closed cell foam was done incorrectly (still smelled after 2 weeks) so the had to remove it. On the second install the installers did not follow exactly what the production manager told me. Also the install was really sloppy, I had to replace all the light fixtures and the floor is covered with spot from spray foam and primer. I had to winterize the ceiling because the project took so long I did not have time installing the new ceiling boards.. They final job is okay except how sloppy they were. The customer service took care of the problems but I stopped complaining after they came back to reinstall a store room door the took off and to vacuum up a bunch of loose foam. I will deal with the replacing the light fixtures and spots on the concrete floor.

Front Office help was not friendly or helpful. Be prepared for a lot of follow-up phone calls, check and recheck. For materials and scheduling of appointments. Other than that, they were available. And the workmanship is good. I am very happy with the results.

Gutter Covers and Accessories Installation and Replacement
The job cannot be done till the 20th of this month, waiting for supplies to come in. None were in stock. Call me after the 20th and I will give you my feelings. I had to hire someone else to clean out the gutters before they installed the leaf filters.
