Mr. Jensen and his assistant were careful to lay drop clothes to protect the floor from all the debris tracked in and out of the house.  They also cleaned up after themselves at the end of each work day so that the house did not feel like a work zone in the evenings.

"It went well, took several days due to large size of roof, another roofer estimated 32K for same job. No more leaking and thick Polyvinyl type material we expect to last indefinitely. They also replaced rusted parts of evaporative cooler. No real issues with project except Satellite dish had to be realigned with a service call from Direct TV at additional $50, but probably could not have been avoided. They acted professionally and respectfully."

"Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. About half of our kitchen and half of the utility room had become bowed by water leaking under the floor from a water heater.  We discovered the water heater leak and replaced it, but were not aware of the extent of the problem. No one wanted the job!  It wasn't big enough for them. Ramon Acosta of D&R Services determined the extent of the damage and gave us a fair estimate. His team obtained the floor covering we selected and did a beautiful job of putting it down covering both affected rooms after replacing the floor itself.  There was also damage to a door jam that required additional structural work, which they also handled. They cleaned everything up and left nothing for us to have to do ourselves.
