They came out quickly, gave us a reasonable estimate, and scheduled the work to be done the next week. They came when they promised, and did the job well. We are now happy with our garage that stays warmer in the winter, and hopefully cooler in the summer.

Paul came and gave me a quote and was very professional and provided a video of the inspection. The guys who did the work were friendly and did a good job leaving no mess. At this time I can't say its had any impact on my utility bills but others I have spoken to say the benefit is in the winter and I will reserve judgment until then. There was a bit of a mix up over the payment method but they were very responsive and sorted it out quickly. A minor gripe is they were over an hour late on both mornings with no call. On the second day they had asked if they could come early at 6:30 due to the heat but didn't turn up until an hour later.

House maintains a constant temperate now. However, the sealant they used was on our carpeting and in different places in our garage. Although, we did not call the company to inform them of these issues. The whole process went pretty smooth, the salesperson showed up when expected and explained what they would do and how long it would take. They finished on time and our attic had the agreed upon amount of insulation.

They seemed to do what was previously discussed between John and my wife and I. There was a small problem in which one of the workers dropped an object that caused a crack in the ceiling and caused some screws to fall out. Also there was a very long crack in the sheet rock by the entryway to the attic. They had another man come out a few days later and remedy these problems very nicely. My only complaint is that I still do not feel a difference from before and the heater still runs too much. I was hoping these "UPGRADES" would help especially for the large sum of money that was involved.

Two issues arose as a result of the work: cam lights in kitchen were loosened and needed electrical repair and drywall correction. Also, for unknown reasons, crew failed to seal area in attic where our stove's exhaust came up and through to roof. Within 24 hours of our call to report these issues, there were VERY professional individuals who came and started the repairs. We were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of every company/individual sent to fix these issues. They worked quickly, efficiently, made sure all repairs were made, and kept their works areas clean and cleaned up after their work was complete. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

My daughter was amazed by the service provided by Paul Schultz and his team. Paul came out to do an initial estimate and then came out to do another one after my daughter decided to expand the project. He came out a third time to help her trouble shoot an issue with the ceiling configuration and help her determine the best way to make sure that the insulation got to all parts of the ceiling. Every visit he was on time and very friendly. The time to blow in the insulation was scheduled easily and the actual insulation took only two hours and the guys were very efficient.
My daughter said she would highly recommend Miller's to anyone who needs insulation.

I was very happy with them too. They did a good job. The service was good. It seems to be a fairly small company, but they seem to have a lot of trucks, and material on hand. They came out on time, they did a good job, and they cleaned up. They did what they said they would do.

From the evaluation and estimate to the actual work performed, Miller Insulation estimator and
technicians arrived on time and were very nice and professional. They began work immediately and did a very fine job of increasing the insulation factor of my attic and also insulated the sky light tunnels with 4" rigid insulation. The blow in insulation consisted of fiberglass blow in pink type.
I would recommend Millers Insulation to my neighbors and friends.

Paul came to the house on the Monday 10/14 and did a thorough inspection, offering suggestions for DIY projects on to prevent drafts around doors, etc. I received and estimate with service options the next morning via email. I called to schedule services that day and a crew came and completed all the work on Thursday 10/17. Raul is a young man who headed up the 2-man crew and was very polite. They did the work, cleaned up and were on their way in about 4 hours. Paul came by while they were working to check on their progress and keep me informed. The charge for the work was as estimated and they provided the paperwork necessary to fie for a rebate from the gas company. The difference in the house after having this done exceeds expectations. Overall a very good investment.

My overall experience with them was pretty good. However, I had couple of minor problems with them. They did not put things back exactly the way I found them but that is nothing major.
