"I recently moved into a house in Albuquerque, and because of neglect while the property was vacant, the yard was an absolute disaster. Matt and his crew came out and removed all of the offending weeds, including, among other things, several large chamisas, a number of large elm saplings, some other large shrubs that prevented me from even accessing part of the yard, and a large area of what must have once been a lawn. After they left on the last day, about a half-dozen of my neighbors came over to tell me how great the yard looked. It took three solid days of hard work to finish the job, one day less than the original estimate of four. Every day they got started early and stayed late. We'll have them back out in a few months when the weather cools to do some new plantings, but for now I've got a neat, tidy, low-maintenance yard, which is exactly what I wanted."
