"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Air Pro did a superb job removing the existing 50-year-old ductwork in our home and installing all new ductwork. The house could not be cooled evenly (as much as a 10° difference between rooms), but the new system Air Pro designed and installed has dramatically improved things: the whole house is evenly cooled. They also installed an exhaust fan in the master bathroom. The techs, Alan and Mike (I hope I got their names right), were courteous, respectful, and, most important, excellent at their jobs. They ran the new flexible ducting in the attic so that we can still access the areas we use for storage. At one point some damage was done to ceiling sheetrock in the living room, but the guys immediately cleaned everything up, and Jared at Air Pro sent over a sheetrock crew the very next day to make the repair, which was expertly done.
