"We used Grace Builders for a roof that needed replaced. They had the best customer service and a very fair price, combined with good reviews from others who had used them. This all led to me choosing them for my roof and they did a wonderful job. They came out to assess my roof the day I called (or the next day, either way it was fast), and after I agreed and chose my shingles, they were working on my roof the very next week. The workers arrived early in the morning and worked a long (hot) day, finishing my roof in one go, and they did a very good job. It looks great, they even were able to remove some old pipes and other no longer used stuff from the roof while they were up there. The painting was careful and complete with clean edges, thorough coverage, and even minor structural repairs when they came across a problem. The gutter installation looks great. All work was very professional and they left no mess when they finished. Lenny frequently checked up on the work as it progressed. We plan to use them for future work."

"They did a great job. Quick, professional and great value for the quality of work. The job had very difficult access issues, cleanup required carrying material a long distance down a steep hill. Some contractors would not even bit on the job due to access issues. Green Mountain had no problem. This was a old roof from the 1970's and had a number of patches and attempted fixes which were not of high quality. Green Mountain cleaned off all the old roofing, and noted that the original roof had a design flaw that caused bad drainage. They suggested an easy fix which added several new outlets for water. Their suggestions were a great idea and I had them do that also. They also patched and repainted the inside water damage areas. Their work was such that I no longer even notice that there was water damage which is exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend them."

"All bids came in within a few hundred dollars. The roof of my house was replaced back in 2014 by another contractor. The original contractor did not repair the flat roof portion of the house properly and we had issues with tar oozing out the edges and dropping down on the concrete surface below and in one place it blocked up the gutter. The guys showed up in the early hours, replaced the damaged roof and cleaned up behind the gutters and removed the tar from the block gutter all by the end of the day. They did an excellent job and even though they were not the least expensive, they were able get the job done in the time frame I required."
