"Tommy did our home inspection, then did the follow up walk through since we lived out of state. He had to travel a little since our home is in Santa Fe and he lives in Las Vegas. The day we moved in at 11:00 at night the smoke detectors started beeping. I called him the next morning not knowing who else to call (high ceilings). He came over changed all 11 detectors and refused to charge us. If I needed heart surgery and he was a cardiac surgeon I would ask him to do it. By professional I mean he spent a great deal of time talking with me without trying to sell himself. I was interested in a particular mold test called an ERMI test and though it was not one he used himself, he took the time to research it and explained in depth how his method of testing could be combined with the ERMI to give me the information I needed. Do not be fooled by the fact that his company is new -- he has been in the business for a very long time and is extremely knowledgeable. Last but not least, Eric is a very kind man. I was extremely anxious about the mold in a house I rented and he could not have been more understanding and compassionate.
