"Scott answered our emergency call on a Sunday during a windstorm because one of our ponderosa trees had blown down and two other trees were threatening to fall. That was great response! We contracted for tree removal and stump grinding, which they did very well. However, this work took a few days that were spread over several weeks, and they frequently did not let us know when they were going to do the work, and they frequently did not show up when they said they would.
