I ordered windows from Accent Southwest Windows and Doors they did not place the order. The manager told me that I was hard to get ahold of. I wanted four windows and the company only had me down for two. The company return my deposit without a reason. The manager was rude and very unprofessional to deal with. Go elsewhere to buy windows.

They responded quickly and professionally to request for bid. The service required removing plastering prior to installing the doors, and then replastering to match. It took several months to get the plaster even close to a match. They repeatedly showed up at the house without calling or contacting me in advance. They charged me for a service on one door they did not do, asbestos remediation. After several complaints, they adjusted the bill. I would not use them again, or recommend them to anybody.

"Because your house was built before 1978 we are required by the EPA to test for lead paint. Upon testing, lead paint was found to be present. Because there are additional steps that are taken to ensure the lead paint is handled properly per EPA guidelines, there is an extra charge. All of this was disclosed to you at the initial appointment. We did follow all of the EPA guidelines when installing your door. It is also in your contract that the stucco repair will not match your existing stucco. We did make several trips to try and get it as close as possible. Even though the door was on the front of your home with easy access, we do apologize if you were not always notified we were coming and for any inconvenience it caused. That is something we will address with our employees. We are sorry your experience did not meet your expectations. We will keep striving to do better in the future."

We were very pleased with Accent Southwest Windows & Doors. Everyone that we dealt with was polite, helpful, honest, respectful, etc. We are very pleased with the quality of the product, the installers, and everyone involved. The old patio doors were not at all energy efficient and had air leakage. The new doors are great!! Since installation of the new doors the temperature in the rooms with the new doors is noticeably more stable.

Even though it was 10 degrees and snowing outside, ADRIAN and ANTONIO arrived on time. Their work was exemplary, totally professional; they respected our home and cleaned up before they left. Two nice young man with excellent skills. WE are very satisfied with the windows and the installation. GREAT JOB!

I bought a townhouse that had all it's windows & doors installed by this company; As there were a couple of issues with the patio doors & a few windows I called them. Needless-to-say they honored this warranty but came out and fixed all the problems; Then I purchased a screen door for the front and they did a magnificent installation...!

I needed to replace 4 exterior doors. The doors had security screen doors installed several years after the doors were originally installed. Two companies that I contacted stated that they would not reinstall the screen doors and I would have to find someone to reinstall them. Accent Southwest came and stated that since their door frames are custom made they would be able to design the doors to allow the screen doors to be reinstalled. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. He sent me detailed drawings showing what the final product would look like before I committed to the purchase. The company was excellent with communicating the steps involved and setting up the install schedule and time line. Antonio and Adrian did an excellent installation. They were very thorough, courteous and respected our concerns. It was definitely worth paying the higher price to get the excellent outcome.

The process from start to finish was fantastic, starting with Chad B (sales) and ending with the installers (Daniel J, Rene Z, and Lonnie). Chad provided us great information during the sales process and was very patient with us as we took 18 months to finally pull the trigger. He checked in a couple times during the installation, even dropping by to see how things were going. The three installers involved were always on time and kept me apprised with what they were going to do on a particular day. They were conscientious about their work and professional throughout the entire job. I am not sure that you can request a particular team to do your installation, but I highly recommend these guys. Oh, and the new windows look amazing.

My windows that were put in by Accent Southwest last month (July 2018) leaked extensively when it rained. My walls had to be cut to be dried inside. I have large loud fans running constantly during the remediation and plastic covering all windows in attempt to keep the elements out. What was supposed to be an upgrade has left us experiencing daily stress while we attempt to determine how to fix all the damage.

"Over the past 15 years, we have installed tens of thousands of windows for over 10,000 customers per industry guidelines (AAMA). Never in that period of time have we experienced water damage to the extent you described due to the windows. Following the rain storm, the owner spoke with you and offered to meet and assess the situation, verify the source of the leak and if deemed necessary re-install the windows. Sometimes people think the leak is coming from the windows only to find out it is a problem with their stucco or roof. You had agreed to meet on Monday and then cancelled. We have not been given another opportunity to meet with you. Our company takes great pride in having happy & satisfied customers evidenced by the many positive reviews & letters we receive. However, we are not perfect. If there is ever a problem with any customer, we always try to resolve the issue in a timely & professional manner. We stand behind our products & installation. It is our desire to work with you to resolve the issues."

The supervisor came to review the door dimensions before the order was placed. The doors were then ordered and an expected delivery date was given. The doors arrived on time and an appointment was made for installation. The 2 employees who came to install the doors were on time and very professional. They cleaned the areas as best they could. We were completely satisfied with the new doors. We plan to purchase another door from them in the near future.

I inherited the warranty when I bought the house,there was an issue and they solved it. They fixed some screens and did a beautiful job and i cant praise them enough. I planned to get my daughter's house two windows from accent. I intend to get a new storm dorm from them. A brandnew storm door was installed beautifully. They did superb work

The windows are beautiful and no drafts. They open and close beautifully. They replaced 15 year old builders grade windows that came with the house and were starting to deteriorate. Installer Gabriel and Daniel were early and I was surprised how fast they worked. They were very clean and no debris was left. Definitely glad I went with Accent Southwest Windows.

Went very well.. Very satisfied with my new Window in the Kitchen. All my accent Windows through out my house are GREAT. I'm so glad I had them installed. They help keep my house cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.

Everyone we delt with from Sales Associate - Chad to installation crew were friendly and professional. Work was completed in one day and all debris was cleared and hauled away. The price was under the other bids requested from 4 other window contractors.

Chad was great to work with. He listened to what we wanted, suggested things when we forgot stuff. He re-worked our estimates a few times when we changed our ideas about certain windows and even though they are not the cheapest bid, they were close enough and had the highest quality windows. Installation was delayed from when we were promised and that was the only thing that was negative with our experience. But it was not all under their control.

It went well. The salesperson, Dan, was professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. The instal went well, this is an older home so there were some glitches but the installers figured it out. It took longer than expected but they were back at dawn the next morning to finish up. Then many of the screens did not fit but we got that worked out also. All of the interactions with staff, installers, and sales was pleasant.

First of all the windows are great. They look beautiful, they provide great sound insulation, and they surely keep the sun's heat out. I appreciated Accent's willingness to negotiate, and I appreciate your willingness to leave off the inside molding to allow the alarm company to do their job. The only complaint about the windows I have is the fact the when I close the bottom part of a double hung window the top moves slight downward. The problem is that we have to use a stool to push the top window back up since they are so high just so the window can be locked. On the negative side I was disappointed in the fact that we were never told how dusty the house would get during the installation. In fact, Accent took no measures like covering the furniture to keep the dust off. Also, I didn't realize the amount of touch up around the windows I would have to do. Essentially I had to paint around all the windows.
