"They were extremely thorough.  They rented a special machine to 'scrub' the air and clean out the mold once and for all.  I needed to leave the house for 48 hours and also remove my indoor cats.  Initially they thought my goldfish would be okay so we left  her in the house.  When it was evident that she wouldn't be all right they took her out of the tank, put her in a 5 gallon tank that I had and put her in the safest part of the house.
When they came back a few days later to check how everything was one of the cats got into the crawl space.  I wasn't home and they were worried about the cat's safety.  They waited until she came out even though they had to stay and extra hour or so.

I can truly AC&R are simply the best contractors I have ever worked with. I can be a very hard customer to please and so I got 5 estimates on removing a package unit (AC/Heat) from my backyard and putting a new furnace in my crawl space. One guy who came to estimate the job said "Some jobs you walk away from. I'm running away from this job!" Seriously. I actually had Gabe and Dustin from AC&R to my house twice just to make sure they hadn't missed anything on the original quote. They were extremely professional, courteous and helpful in their suggestions. They weren't the cheapest estimate, but the weren't even close to the highest and they just seemed to be very honest so we hired them. They came back with an installation supervisor the day before the scheduled install and went over everything in detail. Then the best part came - our installers Tony and Benny spent three full days dismantling my old system and installing the new one. They too were very professional, neat, courteous and super nice to my dog. Two electricians also spent half a day here on the third day and all of them stuck around for the startup and testing. The Rheem furnace they installed is working great and is super quiet. I could not be happier. Do not hesitate for a second to call AC&R!"
