"Sandia Vista's owner, Gus, responded quickly to my call.  We set up a meeting to see what needed to be done.  He provided a quote by e-mail the next day.  We talked again, and I accepted his quote.  He scheduled the work around my schedule so I could be at the house if I was needed for any reason.  The block was finished in one afternoon - then I decided to add another section.  That work was done in one afternoon.  The stucco work was finished after the block work.  All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.  I can assure you that if I need any work done in the future, I will call Sandia Vista Construction.

"Start was delayed by one day. Initial walk through with foreman did not happen as he did not show up until later. (He took very incomplete notes during initial contract discussion so made assumptions and mistakes, as did I.) Lost an entire faucet because I missed it on their contract rewrite. Ugh! Had to argue to get them to replace correct buckled walkway sections. The morning of the concrete deck pour had to have them reframe the deck due to not paying attention to detail. Also, I had to wrangle with them to come pick up the wood from the rotting decking being replaced with the concrete pour. It was way to much stress with these guys. This said, they were the best price. If you insist on a formal pre-contract-start walk through to make sure everyone is on the same page, they have good workers who know their stuff. The work is quality work. If you go in knowing you have to be the project manager, you can save a few bucks."

"The team was here when they said they would be and were always polite and professional and answered any questions that I had. The job took roughly four days to complete. After a few days I noticed a couple issue towards the end of the driveway so I contacted them and they came out to assess the issue and agreed they would address my concerns.
