GMX (Larry) installed his magnet system on my plumbing. A day or two later, my towels came out of dryer soft, my dishes came out of dishwasher without spots, my hair is not tangly and brittle. I don't need as much soap in my dishwater, clothes washer, and the deposits are now starting to soften up on my faucets, shower heads, etc. And Larry came out a few months after installation to flush out my water heater, free of charge, to help remove the remnants of the sediments from my old hard water. I was a skeptic at first, but it seems to be works very well, and for a lower cost than the salt-based systems. Also, I do not have to buy salt or potassium. The magnets do the work, so very little maintenance. Would recommend to anyone who dislikes the detrimental effects of hard water.1

Larry was very profession. He explained in detail how the system works and what we could expect from the system. Once we went over the system in detail and chose which system we wanted Larry started the installation. With the way our pipes ran into the house and the water heater made if very easy for Larry to install. It took him very little time to mount the magnets on the pipes and rewrap the insulation back around the exposed pipes. He did a great job and we have been very pleased with the results so far.

The project was completed in less time than expected. I was under the impression the job would take at least 4-6 hours and it was completed in 1.5 hours. The representative gave a thorough explanation of how the softener worked and how it is to be installed.

Larry came out and explained what GMX would do and installed the GMX units in a very short amount of time. We were very happy with the ease and no mess of installation. After using the units for a month my husband and I are thrilled with GMX. Hard water stains and build up are disappearing before our eyes. Larry drained the water heater and later my husband drained the water heater according to Larry's instructions. We have had to turn the heat down on the water heater as it has improved the efficiency of the water heater.

Larry did a great job explaining how the product worked. Was very professional. Installation was done same day.

Larry Brown (Distributor and installer) was extremely knowledgeable about his product, how and why it worked (I was somewhat skeptical).  Highly recommend this professional, punctual, neat and clean salesman/installer.

I was very pleased with the whole consultation and installation process, and my husband and I have already seen results.  I did not feel at all pressured to make a decision right away.  Since my husband and I read the provided information, had previously met with a representative from another water softener company, and knew from past experience that we did not want another water softener that uses salt, we were convinced prior to the appointment that the GMX Magnetic Hardwater Treatment was what we wanted.  Larry let me choose where I wanted him to install the GMX units, either on the pipes in the garage or outside, right by the water main.  I chose as close to the water source as possible.  Before Larry buried the pipes, he showed me where he had installed the GMX units.  He installed two additional units on the pipes above the water heater.  I observed while he flushed the water heater, and he patiently explained the process to me while I took notes. My husband and I have already seen results.  The layer of white film on the kitchen sink that I thought I would never get rid of is gone, and the bathroom sinks are now much easier to clean.  As advised during the first two months, my husband  has been flushing the water heater once per week.  This past weekend while flushing it, there was little or no residue in the buckets that he filled.  
The GMX units are small and easy to remove, so if we relocate, we could easily take the units with us to install at our next house.

They use GMX magnets that will automatically change the calicum crystal into a powder that can be wiped of with a wet cloth. It is an excellent solution for hard calicum water. They are extrememly professional and honest.

I called the phone number in the ad and talked to Mr. Brown. He set up a date and was on time!!! Since the old plumbing needed to be to be removed and a new loop put in for the magnets to be attached the job needed to be coordinated with our plumber. They met at the house and picked a date for the next week and a hour later they had the job done. Wonderful service. By the way, the plumber is Ken at Alb. Plumbing.
