"I hired Mr. Lint to inspect my chimney as we finished using it for the season, just to make sure everything was clean and ready for next year. They responded very quickly and were able to send someone out within two days. The whole process was easy, professional, and efficient. I really appreciate how responsive and helpful they were. I will definitely recommend them to others!"

"These guys were great. They were on time and were friendly and professional along with taking time to answer my questions regarding my fireplace. They cleaned up after cleaning my fireplace and it looked a lot better then I thought I cleaned it. I definitely would recommend Shawn's Chimney Sweep and Stove Company off of my experience, and would hire them again to work on my fireplace."

"John and his crew installed a Rinnai tankless water heater externally and a new water softener. Besides this they found and repaired a water leak under the house. John and his crew did their work in a very professional manner and did a thorough cleanup after the job was complete. His price for all this work was quite reasonable. I would recommend to anyone to consider talking with John for their heating and plumbing needs."

"Guillermo responded promptly to my query.  We discussed the project.  He was open to my suggestions.  The team arrived on schedule on four occasions to pour a base, build the block section,  set the top, and then place the oven.  The work team was very conscientious and considerate.

"We had them come out and install laminate wood flooring for us. They didn't seem to have much knowledge in laminate flooring and ruined a few of the pieces. Also they took off our door frames, had they read the instructions, they wouldn't have had to do so. When they put our door frames back, they left it so messy and caulk was everywhere (even on our new flooring) that we had to sand it down and repaint everything. Although they were friendly, I would not recommend them.

"The end result of the repair was excellent. Kevin actually came out to the property and personally assessed. After initial assessment, he returned on the dates and times that he said he would and made all necessary repairs. A gentleman and a man of his word. I would use and recommend his services to anyone.

If you don’t want to purchase furniture sliders, there are several household items that can be used as makeshift sliders. Thick towels or blankets placed under furniture legs can reduce friction and make it easier to slide the furniture without causing damage to the floor. Additionally, plastic or paper plates can be placed under each leg for easy sliding. You can also cut up pieces of a cardboard box to slide beneath the legs of the furniture.

Leather patches can last anywhere from two to 20 years, depending on use, maintenance, and the environment the leather is in. The longevity of the leather repair also depends on the nature of the original damage and the repairs required. Consult a leather repair specialist about how to make your leather fix last as long as possible.

Yes, vinegar can break down the adhesive bond, effectively dissolving the glue from wood. It will be much easier to wipe away. Vinegar’s acidity, which helps to make it an effective all-purpose cleaner, can also aid in removing adhesive with less chance of damaging the wood and finish than more aggressive solvents.

Regular cleaning, avoiding moisture exposure, and using appropriate protective products.

Furniture repair costs around $200 on average, and most project costs fall between $100 and $500. The price you can expect to pay will depend on the type of furniture you’re repairing, the extent of the damage, and the size and age of the piece. Reupholstering and couch frame repair are the most expensive, sometimes costing $1,000, while fixes like repairing a scratch or replacing a spring in a couch or armchair will usually cost under $100.
