I had J3 put a new roof on my house last year and have had nothing but problems since. The first rain poured water into my living room so hard that my wood floor has been completely ruined to the tune of $25000. J3 will not acknowledge any responsibility whatever and refuses reimbursement to me for any amount stating that their contract allows them to poke holes in my roof and evade responsibility. A short time later another leak in my garage started pouring in water and has been leaking for several months while J3 either can’t or won’t fix the problem. They sent their goon squad out to physically intimidate me and financially coerce me to sign away any future repairs to my roof in exchange for fixing the garage leak. A week after they came out, the garage was leaking in exactly the same way as before. There is no emergency number to contact them and it might take a week or two to get someone to come out even when water is streaming down the walls. I have since found two more leaks and six more areas of damage on my roof that allow water penetration. I had to call another roofing company to get the garage leak fixed (which they did in one day on the same day I called them even though it had been leaking badly for several months while I waited on J3) and got an estimate of many thousands of dollars to repair the remaining damage caused by J3. So if you like the idea of your roof leaking like Swiss cheese, black mold growing in the ceiling for months on end, the wood structure of your roof rotting out due to water leaks, please hurry and sign up with J3. If you are stupid enough to do so, then you get what you deserve…a house destroyed from the top down.

My family and I have used J3 for all our roofing jobs. They have consistently done a great job.

We used J3 for our bedroom and bath roof some 5 years ago. They solved our drainage problem (we have a flat roof), and so we called on them to do the rest of their house. Their work is excellent, they are a well run and responsive company, and they did a great job on the project they just completed for us.

Jason inspected the tar & gravel roof on my 16 yr old home. He advised that the roof condition was actually still pretty good. We needed some major stucco repairs so we decided to have the roof replaced anyway, prior to the stucco. This company is honest, efficient, quick but not rushed. I would recommend J3 Systems to anyone looking for a great deal on a quality roof.

We needed a new flat roof (old one was tar and gravel & 27 years old) on our 2700 sq. ft. house and on a detached single car garage. Our roof has 9 skylights. We talked to 3 roofing contractors and selected J3 SYSTEMS. They used a TPO Membrane system which seemed the best for our needs. The price included repairing the stucco on the interior walls between roof sections and every other year inspection and maintenance work for 10 years. The work was completed in 3.5 days. The area was left immaculate. They had to move our TV satellite dish to install the roof; TV worked fine when they replaced the dish. We were extremely pleased with their work and demeanor. We highly recommend J3 SYSTEMS for roof work.

Jason's knowledge and professionalism were impressive from the start. After we decided to use Lone Mountain Roofing- J3 Systems LLC, we had a wait, but the date was ultimately moved up. The workers were professional and cordial, and kept the work area clean. They did leave a bit of debris in the back yard even after we mentioned it, but overall they did a professional job and we are happy with the roof.

The work was done in three days, the workers arrived early and the work was well crafted and the job looks great.

We were looking to upgrade from our existing (and damaged) tar and gravel to TPO for energy savings and long-term reliability. J3 wasn't the cheapest of the quotes, but they were the most responsive, had the best presentation, fielded a TON of questions from us, and kept up communication throughout the whole process. They were very professional. We couldn't be happier with our new TPO roof and additional blown-in insulation, and we've already seen energy savings in the year since, because our AC doesn't have to work as hard keeping our house cool. I'd definitely recommend J3 Systems.

It was a pleasure to work with J3 Systems. It took several months to begin the reroofing because they were so busy, but it was worth the wait. Good communication, they cleaned up well after the job, our roof looks great, and most importantly the roof no longer leaks when it snows. Another company attempted to fix the leak prior but did a poor job. I am so happy it was done correctly by J3.

I chose J3 Systems because they install PVC roofs. My research indicates that, over time, PVC roofs hold up better than TPO roofs. This is reflected in J3 Systems' 20-year manufacturer's warranty for their roofs. Also, J3 Systems uses a commercial grade PVC which my research indicates is more resistant to hail damage than vinyl roofs installed by other companies, such as BAC. J3 Systems will inspect my roof, free of charge, every other year during the first 10 years after installation. I had such an inspection from a J3 tech in 2019, and it was very helpful. My J3 roof has held up quite well since installation.

The roof is wonderful! Even though it took a very long time for J3 to be able to start the work - due to weather, J3's schedule and my schedule - it was worth it. Jason was thorough and very patient and responsive in the estimation and planning process. The crew was skilled, efficient and professional. And very considerate about cleaning up. All the subs coordinated seamlessly with the work. Eduardo was wonderful to work with and was amazing at making sure every detail was taken care of in a first class manner. Highly recommend!

J3 systems replaced our roof almost two years ago, and so far we have had no more leaks, including one that was not fixed in the previous 30 years we have owned our home by two other companies.

J3 re-roofed my entire house. From the initial estimate through completion the staff had been courteous and professional. Their bid was lowest and the work has exceeded my expectations. We have no more roof leaks at all, and J3 included semiannual inspections for 10 years, so we know we're taken care of.

J3 Systems had roofed another portion of our roof over ten years ago. That roof has preformed flawlessly, and when we had solar panels installed two-and-a-half years ago, the installers commented on what great condition the roof was still in. I didn't think twice when we needed to do another part of the roof, which had been tar and gravel. Once again, the company was highly responsive in making arrangements, neat and professional in completing the work. We still have a final part of our house that will need a new roof and after some work on the decking. I won't consider anyone other than J3 Systems for the job.

Excellent. J3 was very responsive and the crew they sent out to do the work was very punctual, professional and efficient. The crew leader gave me very good progress reports as the work progressed. One of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Hope I don't need roof repairs again, but if I do, J3 is the first call I make.
