My New Mexico Roof is the roofing department at La Joya Construction LLC. La Joya Construction is a local New Mexico owned small business serving New Mexico in many stages of home building and improvement. A roof is a topic rarely visited, no one really thinks about their roof until they drive by a house getting a new roof or that drip or stain appears in your own home. Questions then arise: "How much do they cost", "can it be repaired", "How did they afford that", "is there wind or hail damage", "can I get a new roof", should I call my insurance? We can help. With the right people, a roof is easier than you think. The key is to find people who care, know what they're doing, understand your expectations, answer questions & are compatible with you. Had a roof penetration that had developed into a hole after not properly repairing the area where a satellite dish had been installed. When contacted, Bryan visited the next day and after i gave the go ahead the job was completed promptly. He was able to identify and repair the location of a leak around a wood stove stack penetration in the adjacent sunroom that had given other roofing people trouble in the past. Very pleased with the promptness and courtesy in fixing my mistake.

Life is funny. My wife and I were standing out in our front yard looking at our damaged roof and Bryan's wife just happened to be driving by and she gave us his business card. We had been fighting with our insurance company and other roofing companies for weeks and were getting very frustrated. I called Bryan and was able to set up an appointment right away. He explained how the insurance companies don't want to pay, and the roofing companies don't want to do repairs, and how the homeowner is stuck in the middle. He completely understood our situation. Ultimately, he agreed to do the repairs for what the adjuster quoted and voilà we got the repairs done, and our troubles melted away like lemon drops as they say. I am extremely impressed by the level of professionalism and quality of work performed by La Joya Construction. Thank you!

It was a small repair job. Other contractors had minimum fees La Joya charged fairly for the small repair, about half of others' minimums. If I had had to pay the larger amount I might have put the repair off - and it would have become a bigger job!

I worked with Bryan. He was available within a few days of contacting to look at my flat roof. He was knowledgeable about flat roofs which I needed. He fixed the leak at an affordable price. I also have a two car garage with a shingle pitch roof that I asked him to look at as well. He informed me that he believed it was due to wind damage and helped me work with my homeowners insurance to get a new roof over the garage with just the cost of my deductible. Along with getting the ceiling fixed that had been effected by the leak in the flat roof. Iâ d recommend to family and friends, youâ ll get a fair price for quality work. Couldnâ t ask for me.
