Besides installing a new TPO roof, they included new steel facia coverings, a 15 year warranty on the new roof, and a renewal and sealing of the remainder of my roof (about 2,000 sq.ft. of metal propanel) with a 5 year warranty, all for less than any other bid for far less roofing. I am feeling very happy and pleased with my new roof from Belding."
