"I hired Vargas Roofing to repair two spots on an asphalt shingle roof. He also said that he could do the gutter cleaning. He set it up for a few days later. He came on time and worked alone. Within a few hours, he had patched the roof, did the gutter cleaning, and sealed everything. He even cut some branches so they didn't hit the roof. He was respectful of my property by cleaning up the shingles and all the leaves. Having one person do both jobs really was very helpful. I would hire him again."

He's going to give an estimate to repair and some of the skylight covers. He seemed very honest to me, so will probably hire them. I don't want to have anything to do with Invigorate roofing. So this will be coming out of my pocket. Since Invigorate roofing never addressed my concerns and insurance company paid them. I'll probably never hear from them again."

"I had my roof repaired today 6/6/25 by Tapia Roofing. I called them to repair my roof. My call was returned promptly and within the same day he came to inspect the roof and within a week, they repaired it. They are professional, reasonable, prompt, respectful, courteous and do an excellent job. They even swept my porch and sidewalk that wasn't even close to where they were working. Fernando shows you before and after photos of the work done. I was more than 100% satisfied with the work that they did."

"Shai and the folks at Above and Beyond Home Improvement were top-notch: excellent work ethic, punctual, hard-working, and very attentive to detail. Luis, the foreman, walked me through everything they were doing. He invited me up to the roof at the end of each day to show me what they had done and provided photos of the various stages of their work. The crew cleaned up at the end of each day, as best they could, and when they were all done, our yard was probably cleaner than it had been. The price made me catch my breath initially (more than I've ever spent in my life!), but it was fair and comparable to our other estimates, even a bit lower. And when I consider the cost of the materials, the labor, and the various people who had to be paid, I think the price was very fair indeed. They did, after all, completely remove our old roof and give us a new one. Most importantly, they did quality work and cut no corners. The whole job took around 10 days, which I thought was very reasonable. I give Above and Beyond Home Improvement my highest recommendation."

I decided to go with DaBella as they also give ou an option for financing. Highly satisfied with the way the roof looked. After the work was completed, Jordan contacted me to ask how everything went and also did an inspection. He noticed some discrepancies that I missed and contacted the company to have it corrected. "I had about 2,000 sq.ft. of old tar and gravel roof with several pitches and complications, like skylights, solar panels, and conduit running across. The facias were also badly aged. Zach gave an estimate so far below any other roofer for what he offered that I was skeptical, especially since I live in Santa Fe and Belding Industries is in Albuquerque. Besides installing a new TPO roof, they included new steel facia coverings, a 15 year warranty on the new roof, and a renewal and sealing of the remainder of my roof (about 2,000 sq.ft. of metal propanel) with a 5 year warranty, all for less than any other bid for far less roofing. I am feeling very happy and pleased with my new roof from Belding."
